I was not comfortable doing that because I wanted the ribbon to be 14ft because I was going to place them in the foyer and I didn't trust that detail would be prioritized with an online order. I came in and quickly placed my order. The kid helping me didn't offer much assistance in relaying what would be best for my needs. He focused on upselling me with "unnecessary" options. He suggested I get the upgraded air that was suppose to last up to 18 hours. He got my name wrong so when they called out my name I didn't know it was my order that was ready. When I placed my order, I was very specific when I told him I needed the ribbon to be 14ft. He didn't rely that detail properly. Keith was kind and offered to redo the ribbon and make them longer, but he had already completed them and I didn't want to be difficult. I put my balloons in the car and drove home. I took my balloons out of my car and realized 2 were already losing air and no longer floated. I put them back in the car and drove back to the store. No way did I pay more for them to last longer and they're ruined before getting home. I called the store to voice my concerns. The gentleman that initially rang me up answered the phone and advised that the walk from the store to my car may have jeopardized the balloons because of the heat. I'm sorry, but was I not expected to take my balloons home? I asked to speak to a manager and a pleasant woman answered and said they would rectify my issues. I came in and Jay pulled me out of the line and said she'd be right with me. We discussed solutions and she advised she would be right with me. Keith walked up and was super friendly and helpful and had me out the door in 10 minutes.

They happily obliged in taking care of our order in 30 minutes. We left and upon our return found out that 1 of our Mylar balloons had a small tear along the edge. They didn't carry this specific balloon so they patched the seam as best as possible. Not only that, they inflated an additional 7 balloons for us to go with our bundle--on their own volition at no cost. It's a spectacular example of customer service. Well done!! So, after that, I take my balloons to my car and one pops. The balloons were for a birthday party and the one that popped was a number for the age. I went back in the store and, they gave me a brand new balloon no cost. The only question they asked was "which number is it"? 5 stars for sure!!!

The stock was very limited and employees kept saying there shipments weren't in yet. A month later went back to find some things for my daughters 4th birthday. They finally have about 90% of there stock out still a lot of empty shelves. My first impression of the place when walking through there doors was horrible let me explain why. As soon as I walked through the door the first thing I noticed was how dirty the store was. There was what looked like a chewed up piece of pizza that was right in the middle of the walkway. A very good amount of there price tags were laying on the floor up and down there isles. There was old gum stuck to the floor through the entire store. The shelves that were stocked were messy and not organized in the least bit. There prices were quite expensive when you consider you can go to Wal-Mart and get the some of the same things at a fraction of the price. Another thing that shocked me was the fact they claimed to bake and make custom cakes and cup cakes but when you walk through the doors you don't smell anything that resembles a bakery. rumor has it that they actually take your order and get the cakes from across the street at Sam's club. If you ask the employees at Sam's Club bakery they will in fact tell you that is true. I was very dissapointed with the way thus store looked and the employees represented it.

Fairly priced, easy pick up and return process, and friendly staff.
