Magical Touch did it again! We were so impressed by Noomi that we asked Magical Touch to come back for a Christmas Party at the Preschool. The worst part? Having to choose from all of the services! We finally decided on the balloon twister since we knew he had a repertoire of balloon animals, designs, fun stuff for the kiddos. When he arrived, courteous and friendly as all of her "staff," he expressed his genuine interest in making sure he did a great job and made the kiddos happy. Most of the time, vendors just want to get the job done. But all of Magical Touch always goes above and beyond. He set up, went over the event logistics with both myself and the teachers, ensuring that he was set up for a successful time. We really appreciated that. And of course, when he started making the balloons, the kiddos went crazy! They were simple enough not to take too much time but detailed enough to make each child feel special. From animals to flowers and hearts and even fishing poles complete with a caught fish, it was hard to tell who was more excited - the kids or parents! At the end of the event, he managed to make something for every single person in attendance, parents and teachers included.
