I've been going to this store for about a year and I just had my first technical problem with a product. I felt really bad because I was traveling for about a week and I had no way to get back into the store to tell them that something was wrong and they ended up making an exception for me because it had never happened before. They completely fixed the problem that I was having and saved me from spending more money from a manufacturer issue. Now I completely know that the vape will fire with the novo 2 pods HOWEVER it will prematurely burn the pod as well as causing more missfires and leakage... I explained that to him and he disrespectfully told me that I was incorrect and did not know what I was talking about even though I have used a Novo 3 2 and 1 over the last SEVERAL years. The main issue here is customer service, I have never been in a vape shop that was not welcoming and trying to get you to buy their product... I mean I still needed novo 2 pods and I woulda bought them but not from this place!
