Don't waste your time on going in this place. Every time I have been in this store it is two very unintelligent teenage males working that have no idea what they are doing. If something does not scan correctly they have zero clue as to how to troubleshoot anything. I went in for 2 quick vitamins and ended up leaving empty handed and angry that such unhelpful people are able to interact with the public. Do yourself a favor and don't bother. To the manager, hire more intelligent people or teach them what troubleshooting is. read more

Friendly and helpful staff, a well-organized store, and a huge variety of vitamins, supplements, and wellness products - I came for Pure Encapsulations and some Protein Bars. Prices can run a bit high, but the BOGO 50% off sale made it much more affordable. Overall, a great experience and I'll be back. read more

I showed up to buy some vitamins. There was a clear sign on the door that said all customers were required to wear a mask, which I appreciate. I was immediately greeted by an employ who had his entire mask tucked under his chin, asking if I had any questions... the other employee had her mask dangling from one ear while chatting it up with a customer who was also unmasked. I left in disgust. I will not give money to a store that does not respect the health of others. I urge everyone to think twice about who you give your money to. read more

Vitamin Shoppe always has what I am seeking, accompanied with a competitive price. The employees at this location are knowledgeable and know where the product is located in the store. This is not an average disappointment when visiting other potential meat head storefronts. Wide selection of individual and bulk items. Okay, bye bye GNC!! This place proves how over priced you are!! My same dairy free shake is $7 less here!!! For the same size, same thing, same brand!!! $7 LESS!!! A few bucks, ok fine, but $7, seriously?? GNC will soon go out of business if they keep jacking up their prices!!! I now will only go here for everything! Nice selection of supplements and vitamins. The customer service is friendly but I got disappointed with what I bought here. I got the nuts and more peanut butter but when I got home and open the peanut butter it was way too dry and old. So I went back for the 2nd time and I got another peanut butter of the same kind but this time it's way too watery as if someone just opened it and add oil or water on it and then resealed it. I know about the quality of nuts and more peanut butter you know and also I do buy nuts and more peanut butter at GNC but it's not the quality of nuts and more like what I got in this shop. As well I do go to other Vitamin Shop in other town or other states but I don't get disappointed with what I buy. This shop doesn't seem to check the product first before putting it in their shelf where they should do that first. read more

Unbeliably rude. I would have given zero stars if possible. Called to ask if they carried a supplement. Woman who answered said they did, but was unwilling to answer basic questions about it (pills or other form, etc). Instead, she began grilling me on why I wanted to buy it and then lecturing me over the phone. I was floored. I have never had an experience like this before. I have bought things here in the past, but will never step foot in here again. I recommend staying far, far away from this location. read more

I don't know, the lady at the check out was quite rude. I wanted these vitamins that I had run out of and instead of ordering online I thought I'd just pick them up. Well the price was almost 9$ more expensive than anywhere on the internet. Even the seller was selling it for 9$ cheaper! I asked if she could price match and she grudgingly said yes. Then I showed her 10 places that had the $20 price but she found issues with everything. Some had to be in stock, some had to be a grocery store, some didn't have the same UPC code even though it was the exact same darn vitamin!! She said ok I'll check amazon, afcourse it was there, but she said it had to have no prime shipping, UPC code had to match and it had to be fulfilled by amazon!!! I was like what the heck!!! She hemmed and hawed and made be feel like a jackass, only one register was working and I was holding ppl up.. I got the vitamins and left! I wish I hadn't because the whole experience made me feel horrible!! Iv been there once before and which ever gentleman helped me was sweet and helpful, this lady? Ugh NO!! read more
