The girl who…read moredoes waxing is very nice and quick but doesn't do a great job, and after using a few other spas I really realized how horrible to hygine was! The towel you lay on is dirty and she doesn't change it before you come in or after you go. The wax was also never fully removed and left me stuck together and very frustuated. She left temporarily (medical reasons) and trained someone else to do it, who then in turn was training ANOTHER girl to do it (they were all related) so its an uncertified person training another uncertified person, charging the same prices! The new girl did a horrible job, it was so painful and I sill had to shave after - a very unpleasant experience! When I called to voice my concerns they apologized and told me I would get a discount on my next wax - which I won't be going back for!

I have been to countless hair stylists in the past and none have managed to be able to blow dry my hair in a way to conceal my cowlicks. Brielle was the first and only hair stylist I've ever been to in 15 years to blowdry my hair properly. She is also amazing at colour application/theory. The space is bright, sunny, and full of large luscious plants in the seating area. The front staff were polite and welcoming. It all has a very nice vibe.

I think her initials were T.W and she was horrible. Please look into this. Salon is clean and organized, overall it's an amazing service, but I would not book again if I knew she was working that day.
