I recently hired Magma Granite & Marble and had a VERY unpleasant experience. Do not hire them! In my case I hired them to replace my kitchen counters and when the subcontractor botched the install, I called out the owner to discuss a remedy. The meeting went awful and it got hostile. At that point I engaged my attorney to assist. Magma then offered a shotty repair which I declined, and I suggested a better option which they refused. They have stopped taking my calls and my attorneys. I am now having to pay to correct THEIR MISTAKE. Simply don't hire them and hire someone that actually cares about their customers and their reputation. They clearly don't. read more

Had a great experience with Cassandra at Magma Granite. She was hugely helpful and helped make our new kitchen a STUNNER. The granite slab we chose was gorgeous, and we only needed one slab with a bunch of cuts, rather than have 2big Slavs pushed on us unnecessarily. Cassandra helped us figure out how to use every last inch of our Hurricane Blue Granite. It's exactly what I was hoping for, and the focal point of our new kitchen. Thank you! *Took off one star for the employee who came to laser-measure our kitchen for the slab. She lacked people skills.. she was abrasive & slightly contrmptful of what we were trying to achieve. She seemed bothered to have to deal with out mid-construction mess. We had a really difficult time with this company. They were difficult to reach (don't answer or return calls), treated us more as a bother than a customer, made ever step challenging, and caused us a great deal of anxiety. Some of their "policies " are really unfair but once they have your stone in their possession you are at their mercy and they know it. I cannot recommend them at all. read more

These guys are FANTASTIC! Suat in Allentown took the time to show us his inventory and had the patience to deal with us while we went through the selection process. Roman in Emmaus did an awesome job in fabricating our Granite to perfect specs. Their prices were the best in the Lehigh Valley. They have better quality Granite and Mable than most dealers in the area. I would choose them for all your Granite and Marble needs. read more

the employee Cassandra was completely rude and unprofessional. A complete Karen. She even growled at me. management needs to evaluate having that employee talking to customers that way who simply ask for a square foot price. The granite install was great and we are happy with the granite. But that's about where it's left off. We also bought some tile from them and had some excess and they said they most likely would take it back and to drop it off. Did that over a month ago and never got a call about it. Then today I called to inquire about it and they said no they don't take it back. I also asked them to come out and measure for bathroom sinks and countertops. Haven't done that either. So I guess they are so busy that they can't get back to customers, especially customers that spent quite a bit of money. Nothing wrong with the product it's just being forgotten and have to backtrack to them to get something done. "Oh you want us to come out and measure?" Nope not anymore because at the rate they were going with the tile I would get my bathroom done in 2015. Just left a bad taste in my mouth in that as a company you couldn't pick up the phone as soon as you knew they weren't taking the tile back, but I have to call and remind you. They asked for a Angies List review which I did and they promised a $25.00 check for that review which I haven't gotten either. So sadly I won't be going to Magma Granite anymore. read more

I have used Magma for my bathrooms and the kitchens of two rental houses. I was originally attracted to Magma because Michelle Calzado and her sister at the Gainesville office were very friendly and helpful. I had zero knowledge of granite and quartz when I entered their showroom. They went above and beyond their duty to help me out. The ladies in the scheduling office were friendly and professional in each and every interaction. The countertop templaters were kind and thoughtful. Last week, I had a countertop installed in the kitchen of the second rental house. Sean (or Shawn) discovered that the cabinets on one side were taller than those on the other side. I am grateful that Sean and his helper did not just go ahead and install the countertop, which would have a noticeable gap from the cabinets. Instead, they gave me an opportunity to have the problem fixed, waited patiently for my handyman to adjust the cabinets, and assisted him when needed. They spent more time than expected at the job, but did not complain at all. I feel that Magma really cares about its reputation, and I trust that they do things right. I love working with Michelle Calzado and highly recommend Magma! read more

I went out to browse their inventory in Ocala MULTIPLE times and each time they were helpful and patient, getting out the lift and moving as many slabs as I asked until I found the one that I wanted. I sat down with Ted after choosing my slab and he patiently went through the design process with me, making sure that the orientation and sink cuts were right where I wanted them to be. They did a great job installing and the counters. I bought my counters from them over a year ago and today I called to ask for some resources as to how to reseal my stone surfaces because I have never done it before. The associate Carl spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me explaining how I could go about doing it myself or how they could come out and do it for me and laying out the differences in price, warranty, and longevity. I would not reccomend Magma nor Paula and Ted Bullard. The granite that we had installed was not what we had selected and the installation was terrible. Anyone that uses Magma will most likely be disappointed as we are. read more
