After I provided proof I had made the request and they agreed to play it, they have failed to apologize or take any actions to make right their mistake.

We had a sports theme and, luckily for us, they not only had a sport themed table cover but their sport themed table cover went perfectly with our colors! Since it was my first year, I had to make a few changes after getting an original quote. The salesman I was in contact with was very patient with me and got back to me quickly every time. A few days before the event, I headed over to their location to pick up the linens. I hadn't thought to call ahead but it appears they only have one employee in the store (or they did that day) and she was at lunch when I arrived. Luckily the sign said she'd be back about 20 minutes later so I grabbed some lunch. When I came back to pick everything up, the young woman working helped me load the boxes into my car and also let me know they actually gave us some extra linens (which turned out to be helpful at the event). I wasn't given any bags to return the table clothes (which is apparently how it usually works) so we had to track down some large trash bags to bring them back. Overall, a good experience.

We rented a slide in July…read more2022 for my MIL's 57th birthday and just last weekend we rented a slide for my daughter's 12th birthday. Both times were a complete success and everyone enjoyed the water slide. The slide was setup on time in advance of the party. And we were allowed to keep it overnight and it was picked up the next morning. This was a great deal as other companies I have used in the past only allowed a 4 or 6-hour window. The owner himself was there for the setup and takedown of the slide. He also put out a tarp under the slide and some cones near the slide exit for safety measure. Several of the kids at both parties said that they had a great time and it was one of the best parties they had been to. This slide was definitely a lot of fun!! We will definitely use this company again!!
