I immediately reached out to ask what happened since we still had 1 more day but again, no response! They've really left me in a desperate situation since my wedding is only a few months away. After receiving my payment, he failed to deliver the service and told me he was double booked and took months to respond to my phone calls and messages. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, he refused to return my money!!! Who does this to people looking to get married???!!!!! His lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.
