We searched online for someone to help us out. After calling & dealing with a few different businesses, we wound up being referred to Horizon Media Express. We would never have found them had a few mishaps not occurred first with the other providers. This turned out to be the best thing that could've happened! Horizon media express did an exceptional job working with these very old PAL vhs tapes. In less than one week, they transferred the priceless footage onto dvds as well as onto a usb AND onto our external hard dives. Service was friendly, fast & professional. These vhs tapes were irreplaceable and contained precious memories that we can now enjoy watching at our leisure. We are so grateful for the excellent care & products that this team produced. Now we need to go through our old tapes and see what else we have. We will absolutely be repeat customers.
