I should have seen the signs of this company's disrespect for vegetation immediately after I hired them when they put holes in my yard with their lawnmower when no previous landscaping company had done this.....that caused me to lose my turtle that I had for over 12 years. I tried not to blame them because they were just a landscaping company. But the holes in my hard were very deep and it was confusing as to why they had to do that. Because I rescue dogs and had about 5 of them at the time I hired Greenscape Innovations, my front and back yards were vacant with no vegetation. When I lost about 3 of my dogs within the next couple of years, I started to consider landscaping both the front and back. So I met with Sam to discuss. It was one of the most disconnected, callous meetings I had ever had with a landscaper. He did not care about what I had to say or what I was looking for. He was annoyed he even had to be there. Didn't offer any suggestions. It was like talking to a dead man walking. On another occasion I met with him to discuss my fencing and get a quote for fencing. I never received a quote from our meeting because in Sam's mind I couldn't afford it and so he didn't waste his time. I know this from sending a follow up email after I didn't hear anything for weeks asking where my quote was and that was what I was told. I decided to call other landscapers to get quotes for landscaping and found a great one who helped me draw up what I was looking for and gave suggestions for everything along the way. I ended up hiring him and got a GREAT result in both the front and backyards. We planted close to 20 fruit trees, including banana trees and pineapple plants in the back, and they built two very big garden beds. Then Greenscape came to maintain my yard after all of this landscaping was done.....and they completely DISRESPECTED all the new vegetation that was planted. What did they do?? They weed eated my trees and plants TO DEATH. And that is not an exaggeration. I lost several of my trees because of this that my other landscaper who planted them told me when I called him to replant new trees. What's worse.....Sam's team weed eated baby banana trees and literally eliminated them and I immediately emailed them pictures to show them what they did. At that time you would think they would have offered to care for all my new trees and plants. But they didn't. They continued to weed eat all of them, including my pineapple plants. My pineapple plants looked horrendous with all kind of weed eating marks on them.....and they eventually died. When my other landscaper told me my trees that died most likely died because of the weed eater literally removing the bark from the trees, I brought it to Sam's attention. He immediately turned it to me indicating it was my fault for not taking care of the trees and leaving them so his team could weed eat them. Then he lied to me about servicing my yard that week when they had not come to my house. I was in disbelief and completely done with this man's ARROGANCE and DISRESPECT. DON'T waste your precious time with this company if you value your yard. You deserve better.

My wife visited the showroom and friendly staff worked with her for over an hour to identify exactly what she was looking for. Quartz was her choice. After walking through the inventory I found several beautiful and affordable granite alternatives but she had already made up her mind. Tony was great to work with and explained the key differences in materials. He helped us with an undermount sink and also showed us the options for edges. Bolfing Bros delivered a detailed quote and they told us it would take 2-3 weeks. After we signed the contract they called us a week or so later to visit with the fabricator for layout. I was able to suggest an alternative seam location and it worked out famously! When the installers came out the ripped out the old laminate and installed new decking and then installed the new counters all the same day. There was another project included, but that was more of a secondary job for me and was completed by their subcontractor. On the day the French door was scheduled to be installed, they texted me to say the door size was no longer available and suggested installing a single door instead. I explained that I still wanted a French door if possible, and they said they would check other stores. More than a month went by with no updates, and I had to follow up multiple times to get any information. After several texts over a span of two days and a call, they finally told me the only option was a custom door. Overall, communication was somewhat slow, customer service was not as responsive as I had hoped, and the original plan wasn't carried out.
