We had the best day of our lives at Magnolia Halle!!! We looked at about 10 different wedding venues and Magnolia was by far the best one we had visited. Magnolia Halle was beautiful inside and out. With in-house catering, setup and linens included in the price, it was perfect for our big day! Also, it is located in an area with lots of hotels nearby, which was extremely helpful for our out of town family and friends. We had about 150 guests at our wedding, and everyone fit comfortably in the Halle. Our guests said that they thoroughly enjoyed the food, especially the short ribs. Additionally, Kryssi, the venue coordinator was PHENOMENAL. We booked Magnolia Halle for our wedding venue over a year in advance, and Kryssi was very responsive to our messages and questions throughout the entirety of that time. We were able to visit multiple times before our wedding to envision how our decor would look, and we really appreciate all of the help and attentiveness that Kryssi provided. She is very kind and wonderful, which made our experience of planning our wedding at Magnolia Halle seamless and fun! About a week before our wedding in March 2025, they installed a new projector and A/V system that we were able to utilize and it was a game changer. We had our event to celebrate our mom's 90th birthday. Kryssi was absolutely amazing. All evening she was checking in to make sure the venue was meeting our expectations. My husband and I had our wedding reception here on the 11th and it was just amazing all around. Trisha coordinated everything from start to finish. She was extremely accommodating and patient with a frantic bride like me! There were a ton of options to go from a base affordable wedding reception to all the (wedding) bells and whistles. There is already A/V in place if you are hiring a DJ. There is a firepit available as well. I would really recommend that as well as you can have s'mores for the kids and young at heart. The staff, Chris, that ensured the fire was maintained and the s'mores were safely made, was incredibly enthusiastic and competent, giving us a ton of confidence about the event. This allowed us to relax and focus on the guests. During the reception it started raining, and we were able to seamlessly transition indoors for the rest of the night. The venue easily held our 150 person event and could probably accommodate 300. The background trees and wild foliage also allowed for incredible photographs. I highly recommend this Magnolia Halle, as the food, ambiance, location, and most importantly Tricia and her miracle workers made it all worthwhile! read more

Tricia was, and is, a breath of fresh air. She is perfect for brides who want to focus more on the exciting fact that "OMG I'm so excited to be getting married!" than on renting plates...renting linens...renting lighting... It's all included at Magnolia Halle! You don't have to drive to Boerne or beyond for an elegant Hill Country wedding experience - you can have it right in the heart of the Medical Center, where your guests will be much closer to shopping, tourist attractions, and more abundant hotel offerings at better rates (trust me, they'll thank you!). We had toured Magnolia Halle before any other venue and thought, there is no way we would spend that much on food/alcohol/cake/etc. Then we met with caterers and rental companies and about eighty other things that are included in the cost of Magnolia Halle but had to be purchased anywhere else. Really, Magnolia Halle saves you a HUGE amount of headaches and frustration because it is weddings made easy. If, for whatever reason, you don't meet the consumption minimum then the difference turns into a venue rental that is extremely inexpensive. Needless to say, Magnolia Halle is way less than a lot of other really nice venues and the service is far, far better. Tricia was extremely professional, attentive, flexible and did everything to make us feel comfortable and at home. We ended up booking our ceremony, reception, and morning-after brunch here. We loved that we didn't have to rent plates, silverware, glassware, centerpieces, a bar, tables, or chairs. The food is to die for and abundant. The service is excellent. The staff are wonderful and very attentive! The facility and grounds is beautiful! You will not regret having your wedding here! read more

I shot a wedding here during the hot Texas summer. Wedding coordinator was on top of everything from the timeline to the gust staying cool in the heat. Catering was YUMMY and the venue itself it great. Plenty if spots for photos of the bride and groom. Highly recommend and hope to shoot another wedding here soon. :) read more

Third time visiting the Halle, third time digging the design and decor. I would call it country rustic chic. Sliding barn doors, exposed beams, cedar wood, barn/cathedral type ceiling, and natural light round it out. Good audio/visual system for presentations. Only one screen though, but good enough for a full room. Bar area tucked in the back is a nice addition. read more

My sister just had her wedding here and it could not have been more perfect. Since the company's restaurant closes earlier in the afternoon, we could spread out to use that outdoor space for the cocktail hour. I was worried it would be too hot for all the well-dressed attendees, but the nice trees helped shade the area. The hall itself is spacious and the right balance of refined and approachable. The bridal suite was a good size and had its own restroom. From my perspective of helping the weekend of the wedding at least, the staff was very helpful in working with our frantic state of last-minute plans and details. I don't know how to start saying how grateful I am to Trish, Andrea and the staff at Magnolia Halle for the magnificent job they did in setting up and serving my daughter's wedding reception. They were so helpful and nothing we asked was too small for them to address. They took our table setups and food requests (we deviated from the standard menu slightly) and made the occasion memorable for everyone. The Halle was open at noon for the 4:30PM reception. The tables were already set up for the various vendors to come in and drop off, set up, decorate, etc. The cost was much more reasonable than anywhere else that we considered. They set up the cocktail hour outside under the huge large trees - a lovely setting - and we stayed right on our schedule for everything - champagne toasts, food service, cake cutting, etc. Everyone commented on how lovely and elegant the venue was - there were string lights up that I wasn't expecting to be there which added to the atmosphere. My daughter and son-in-law were so happy with how everything went and I could not have been more happy. You cannot go wrong by having your wedding reception at Magnolia Halle. read more
