Our meal of sliders, fries, fried pickles and chicken tenders with sauces was an absolute success!!!! They also provided bartending services and this was a success for all the adults! At the end of the day it was most definitely worth having Kevin and his team catering and bartending. Our daughter graduates in 2 years and will definitely call Kevin and his staff again!!! We had spent a lot of time and created speciality drinks (one a spicy margarita, and one a whiskey drink) and the bartender did not shake either drink (I guess I could've told him that they needed to be shaken, but I thought it was self explanatory for someone who is a true mixologist). This was a huge disappointment as we were really excited about perfecting these drinks. The bartender was very nice and friendly but only hire them if you want/expect VERY simple drinks.

I had been in contact with Wendy throughout the whole process and she has been very quick to respond to messages and was flexible to our needs. I had reached out to a few staffing companies prior but decided on Hill Country because of their affordable rates and packages. We opted to do a buffet style dinner with a bartender, one lead kitchen, one lead server, and three servers. I'm so grateful to the whole team because I did not have to worry about the food, set-up, or clean-up, everything was taken care of in the back end and all I had to do was just enjoy my wedding. The team took care of setting up cocktail hour appetizers, getting the bar ready and serving drinks, serving guests in the buffet line, grabbing dirty plates, setting up desserts, cutting the cake, and cleaning up afterwards.
