Dr orseck was amazing. His team is very responsive to every message I have sent. They respond quickly and have helped me through th hardest part of my life this far. I'm brca positive after finding a lump I decided to go ahead with the double mastectomy and chose diepflap reconstruction. He has been amazing. He is friendly and professional, and I felt very comfortable and confident in my decision. Now that I have completed the second surgery, I am so thankful I went with him and his team. They are amazing. Cancer is scary. I'm so thankful to have control of my life back, and I am very happy with the results. read more

Can't say enough about Dr Orseck's office. Excellent customer care and service. Especially Heather. She is extremely professional and treats you like a person, not just "another" patient. I had 3 laser treatments and she was very patient and supportive through it all (it was painful but worth it.) Heather checked on me time after time post procedure and has helped with my recovery tremendously. HIGHLY recommend!! read more

I hope and pray no woman who sees Dr. Orseck has the experience I did. He left me scarred for life both mentally and physically. I've got a complaint pending with the SC Medical Board but I just want to make sure women stay away from him for anything more complicated than Botox (which he does on himself). I wish I had never gone to Magnolia for my surgery but he was highly recommended. His staff is subpar also. His office manager is a witch - I don't think I've ever seen her smile. And the rest of his staff looks like a bunch of plastic Barbies. Their faces don't move. Again, please don't use him for anything complicated. He will just make promises he doesn't keep and scar you for life read more

This past year on multiple visits I have found the entire staff to be so wonderful. They are very personal in my care and very attentive. Dr Orseck has always taken the time to hear my concerns & offer support while explaining decisions in my care. Is the only plastic surgeon that I will see or recommend to friends & family. read more

Everyone at Dr. Orseck's office is so friendly and helpful! The front desk staff and nurses are so sweet and always make me feel welcome when I arrive to the office. I have been a patient for almost 3 years and have had office procedures and surgery with Dr. Orseck and I can honestly say he is the most talented plastic surgeon I have ever visited. I have had Botox and other office procedures with some other doctors and one dermatologist in Greenville, but it is worth the drive to Spartanburg to have someone actually do Botox injections well! read more

You go to some central booking service, wait several minutes, talk to a rep, who transfers you to the actual office location. They don't answer the phone so you leave message and don't get a call back. You try again, repeating the whole aggravation procedure. Supposedly you will receive a link to rebook, but the link never comes. So the 3rd time, still no results. Online on the website is the only result I got to cancel thru the virtual chat. I had to do that twice because I needed to cancel for both me and my spouse and the virtual chat can only do one at a time. I bet I wasted an hour and a half of my time trying to cancel. I was going to reschedule, but I decided that I'm done here. Will search for a more reliable, patient-friendly place.
