This had always been the best dispensary around, I complain a lot because of the failure to keep products in stock, I contacted the manager, he calls and tells me he got them in (cannalope crush by next 1) and to come get 2 for free with my order, I was stoked, I asked him to put 5 total aside I'll pay for all I don't need them free. I'm extremely grateful. I Drove ALL THE WAY there for there to be TWO CARTS TOTAL WAITING FOR ME. None in stock, just two carts from who knows where that he dropped off and said for me to come get. Again, I did appreciate it I just wish you(or next1) could Get it together with ordering/supplying enough. read more

The loyalty points here is a scam. They advertise 1000 points as $100 Gold Oz. I saved up 1000 points and came in yesterday just to be sold a mid oz I could have bought for $100 without my points. The budtender wouldn't even show me anything on the Gold shelf. Waste of time to keep spending money here expecting points to be beneficial to the customer. read more

This was my first time going into Magnolia Road cannabis. Being a new cannabis shopper I don't think my expectations are too high. But I am proud and confident to say that Magnolia Road has definitely exceeded my expectations. I got the short Mexican guy with the bowl cut bud tender. He was a real bundle of joy, first he shows me some nice buds, but when he stuck a big metal scooper in the metal bin, he scraped all these little popcorn buds out meanwhile knocking the keef off all the rest of them then he gave me a discount that he kept for himself and tore the bottom of my receipt off, and he thought I wouldn't notice he kept a nice 6 bucks of my change. read more

Old women worker accidentally gave me an empty container instead of the one with my purchased flower and I didn't notice it until I got home. Wasted over an hour of my life, driving to their store, waiting in their unbelievably slow waiting room for like 30 minutes and then drive all the way back home just to realize this woman sold me an empty fricking container. Boulder Magnolia is great 5/5. This Broomfield location leave a lot to be desired. Every time I've been here nobody is at the front desk to check your ID, so you have to wait by the front door frame until someone finally finishes multitasking inside. They check your ID and then leave them on an open tray by the entrance while they go back inside. So all the IDs are just sitting out in the open, unattended. Super sketch. All that said, the weed selection is great, the prices are great, the staff is super friendly. read more

Oh wow, a dispensary in Broomfield and it is right next to where I live. What a happy day! This is a good dispensary for what I want to get shatter and edibles. I don't really buy flower anymore so I can't comment on the quality. There isn't a huge selection to choose from here and the THC % on their shatter is what I would consider lower BUT the price is right. The prices are a huge part of what is bringing me back. I am not a shatter snob though so I don't know if it is the best quality or not. The employees here are nice and always willing to check stock, hybrid & indica strains, and different options. I feel like this isn't too uncommon with dispensary employees though. The interior seems a bit small and I think they are still in the process of decorating so I can't say much in that department. Overall, if you are a local here or it isn't too far out of your way you should stop off here to buy your shatter or edibles because the price is right. read more

Absolutely great spot, very friendly staff, super knowledgeable and not pushy whatsoever like some dispensaries. In was my bud tender twice out of my three visits and he was amazing, gives off the best energy. And it was extremely knowledgeable about the products, the specials and helped me figure out my points to see what I was eligible to get. Completely twitterpatted-heart-a-flutter with this dispensary. It recently opened in Broomfield (we've been waiting!), and it's better than we could have dreamed of! The budstars are fun, knowledgeable, and SO nice. I've been 3 or 4 times, and Tristan, JJ, and Chase have each waited on me and are like, a blast... Sounds weird for a dispensary, but the humans who work there are simply unbeatable. I feel comfortable. Highly, highly recommend. Their check in process is seamless and even with a full waiting room, I don't think I've ever waited more than 3-5 minutes. Legit rewards program, and honestly their prices for good quality are competitive if not well below what we have been paying in Louisville and Thornton. read more

I like the place and most budtenders. But I keep getting stuck with the same budtender recently and it has not been pleasant. Next time I'll just wait for the next available person who deserves a tip. I don't know his name. But he has not satisfied me like the other employees there. Doesn't know the current deals. The other day 7/13 he told me they were out of live res bonanza carts. When I made it home I was curious and called to check and the person said "Yea we have a lot for our deal." And just today I asked to see the "binske" rosin. He proceeded to bring out 2 strains..... I said "is this all you have?" Then he proceeded to get the rest. Other ppl are real nice,informative, and helpful. Like I said I'll fix the problem by waiting for someone else next time. Just ruins my time and experience read more

Excellent experience at this shop!! Their online pick up process was pretty effortless and online ordering was easy.

First time going here and most certainly the last. Parking is comlete wack and when you finally can park and get inside you will be eventually greeted by Completely disrespectful workers towards you as a customer waiting. Very unclear how they operate and where to go from the moment you walk in. Now after all this and they finally scan our ID and threaten my brothers out of state ID not working with there system but is stil a valid ID (somehow our fault) as we went to walk in to the back room with my brother to be welcomed in finally after waiting and feeling very uncomfortable with how we were already treated just by walking in we were yelled at by the guy who snatched our IDs back again and slammed the door in our face and told us to go sit down in the most demanding passive agressive tone. Very unprofessional business. Don't waste your time going here, you will find yourself needing to visit a different dispensary just to calm you down after dealing with this ridiculous customer service. This place is so inconsistent. Sometimes you'll get a professional friendly bud tender but mostly you won't. Sometimes they won't even look you in the eyes or immediately start chatting with their coworkers after showing some samples and you have to wait for them to stop talking to ask to buy something or check something else out. It's a circus in there, it never feels like the customer is the top priority. Who I assume is the manager or owner told me to rock n roll or I'm a rock star or something and spent like 2 minutes doing the most awkward uncomfortable shmoozing while walking to the counter which is like a 5 second walk normally. I would have died right there of embarrassment if she didn't pass me off to another employee who seemed to want to give me as little of his attention as possible. Even though it's cheap and the only dispensary within walking distance, I think I've had enough of their oblivious and disrespectful attitudes. read more
