If you're getting color he explains what works, what won't, and why, depending on what you want. I am a low maintenance person so he knew what would be best, always letting me be in control of the final decision. I have also heard him talking to a little boy about 7 years old in the same caring way before he cut his hair. Lee treats your hair and style as a work of art, he is so professional with products, so meticulous with the cut and color. He is a perfectionist. He doesn't rush.
