I had my eyelashes done and the girl was super sweet but in the middle of the service I found out I was her first client which I probably wouldn't have paid 200 dollars for someone with not much experience. They started falling out within 5 days i was on vacation and then it was a holiday weekend so I called the very day they opened to tell them what happened and they would not do a thing for me not even fix them or a credit, nothing!! I had to pay another place 140 to fix what was done. And now unfortunately will have to find a new place to get my hair done. Kaitlyn was my colorist. She recommended adding in some dimension to my dark brown hair. Ok... let's give it a try....whoa it's turning orange slowly...I have highlights and now have three colors. They are lighter in the back... not a consistent tone a but ashy. I'm not sure how I feel about this overall. The blow out left me a little frizzy. It wasn't the best blow dry for my hair. The price was over 200. for this. I'm neutral right now. Perhaps color and blow at home will be the better option next time. The decor is beautiful. Everyone is friendly, the shampoo massage chair is a 10!!!! Will try another time with some modifications to my coloring and style. read more

Too expensive and young people don't know how to cut hair. Won't be back. Need more experienced professionals.

The salon is gorgeous. The decor is beautifully done. Everyone I encountered was friendly and was genuinely trying to make my experience wonderful. I was greeted when I walked in by a very nice young man. I was offered water or coffee 3 times during the time I was there. The woman who washed my hair was lovely. The chairs that you sit in while having your hair washed are massage chairs! And COMFORTABLE massage chairs- not Jabby, cheesy ones. My hair wash was not rushed. It was really relaxing and felt awesome. AnnMarie listened to what I wanted in a haircut. She gave me honest feedback. She took her time and knew what she was doing. My hair looks great! I felt wonderful when I left... and got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend the salon. I will be back- probably for multiple services.... I felt pampered- which was sooooooo needed. read more

I visited this salon in December 2021 and March 2022 and each time has been abysmal experience. The salon is pretty and new but the service is terrible. The first time I went to get my hair darkened and I wanted ashy highlights, I called and booked with a top tier colorist and was given an estimate of 175$ before tip (obviously). I got to the salon, the hairstylist wasn't that friendly and didn't listen to what I wanted done. I was in that salon for upwards of 4 hours, 3 other clients were taken in my appointment time by my hairstylist. I paid for a balayage and that was not what I wanted, my hair came out purple, not ashy and was over 315$, before tip. The woman who did my hair was constantly snapping at the girl who was washing my hair and continuously told me "your hair is difficult". I hated my hair after leaving and went to another salon to get it corrected as the so called balayage was not even and the color was not consistent throughout my hair. During my hair cut the hairstylist continuously hit my face with my wet hair while attempting to cut my hair. I just recently called the salon to see if they do brow lamination, which it states they do on their social media. I call, speak with the girl at the front desk who assured they do brow lamination and threading as well as waxing. I wanted to book a consult and asked if I could get my brows done that day as well, the girl on the phone said she wasn't sure. I show up today for my scheduled appointment and I am informed that "the girl" who does brows left and that the salon in fact does not do brow lamination or threading. Now the girl was very nice who told me this, but why didn't someone tell me that over the phone so I didn't waste a trip. When you walk into the salon no one greets you or acknowledges that someone has walked in. I was standing there and the girl was just on her phone not paying attention. I will never return to this salon. Please get people who know what they are talking about when they answer the phone. read more

Clients beware! This salon charges a 4% service fee for using a credit or debit card. Besides exceeding the state percentage limitation it is against State policy to charge for using your debit card. There are no signs posted at the required spots of the front door, at the register and when asked the receptionist had no idea what the establishments policy was. They were trying to charge me $17.75 to use my debit card! read more

Vibe 67 opened on Nov 10th and I was there the very first day to get my first haircut since pandemic started. Amazing stylists, and they did wonders with my hair. I walked out looking a decade younger and my hair super shiny. Love this salon and I highly recommend them. read more

Simply amazing! The staff was so friendly and welcoming and the decor is beautiful. It created such a relaxing environment. The massaging chairs at the sinks was the finishing touch to relaxation and comfort. Besides being an amazing atmosphere, my hair came out amazing. The owner/stylist Ann was honest about what would work for my hair and how to accomplish the look I wanted. She got the color exact and made it look better than what I showed her. read more
