I have complained multiple times for symptoms I have had. I had back surgery and he wants to see me 1 months from then, even though ive been complaining about light headed and other concerns that are not normal. I do not recommend the, Their office Staff are not proficient and super usefulness. I needed my images and they did not provided and they did not know what should I do. I found out I have to go to the main office and after 30 minutes drive at main office no one help you and they asked to call a number and leave massage then I found out I am in a rabbit hole!!! they have not replayed to my massage after 3 hours. read more

O stars never going for medical help again. Today I went to the urgent care for some medication to make me feel better since I am on a trip. The nurse who saw me thought she was a doctor when she is not and made me take a COVID test which I understood is understandable since I had a cough. The test came out negative and I explained to her that it feels like a sinus infection and I would like a z pack to make me feel better. She said that she doesn't think it'll make me feel better but she never checked me physically she never really looked at me she just said it must be COVID and made me take another test which also came out negative. I understand that COVID is serious but not everything is COVID. My z pack did help me which I had to force her to Prescribe me. When I asked her over the phone to please please send it she laugh and said ok but it won't help. I am not a doctor but I know my body and these nurses need to listen not assume. It's a hit or miss when you go. The last 2 times I've been I've been seen really quickly but the quality of Dr's is iffy. Had ample dr who listened to my concerns the first time, checked everything and prescribed me meds fir sinus infection. The next time I went was seen by another Dr who spoke to me about my symptoms rather than actually checking anything & dismissed them saying I just needed to rest and it was most likely anxiety, completely ignoring my complaints about my sinuses. Came in for a dr note for my work because I have congestion, chills, and headache everytime I cough and body aches. The doctor failed to give me a doctors note when I arrived. I came again today and they had me waiit 2 hours just to tell me there's no dr available so the note they can give me is to go back to work... sick. I need just 1 day to recover and these bastards couldn't even give me that. But they're quick to ask for a copay. Worst "urgent" care in the county. This clinic is a fu*k*NG joke, the employees are lazy and don't seem to care about the patient. Trying to get a refill is like pulling teeth. I call ahead to make sure my refill is done on time and I still end up waiting three days past the due date. I am left with no medication and no one ever bothers to call or email me to let me know the status of my prescription. read more

Best Urgent Care in town. The staff are so nice. Went there because I didn't want to go to the emergency room and wanted to get in and out. Which I did. The doctor who helped me had the best bed side manner and brilliant. I wish he had a private practice that's how great he was. The nurses from the very start of checking in and leaving were amazing. I highly recommend this Urgent Care to everyone who needs the upmost care and being treated like your in good hands. 5 stars for them. I usually visit Magnolia UC due to minor emergency's or when my doctor has no available same day appointments. I try to avoid Urgent Cares because I know how long it takes to be seen by a doctor. Unfortunately, I had to visit Magnolia Urgent Care due to almost passing out at work. I've had different experiences each time I've come, but this last time was amazing! I was seen by Dr. Peril. She was so kind, she ran all sorts of test. From blood pressure, to EKG to a pap. :) She treated me better than my own PCP. I was so scared and nervous with everything that was going on, I lost take of time. I think my visit took about 2 hours in total. It was the best visit I've every had. Dr. Perils bedside manners are amazing. A doctor to take care of you when your sick is all we ask for and she exceeded my expectations! The staff was also very kind and attentive. Unfortunately, I found out that Dr. Peril is only there on certain days and is not a primary care physician, or else she would have added another patient to her practice! :) read more

I was second in line and had to wait 2 hours for a covid and flu test. I called an hour in to see how much longer and the receptionist gave me attitude like I was being unreasonable about questioning the wait time she said 30-15min. I waited 30 min to call again and I asked if I was guaranteed to see someone she she wouldn't answer my question and hung up on me purposely. This place sucks I wouldn't recommend. read more

The WORST ever. Brought my girlfriend there this afternoon on a obvious emergency. Cut her finger open, was bleeding and crying: and I brought her there as she had been serviced before by them using same insurance.They would not accept her insurance from Medical under Gold Coast Health Care Plan. GCHCP site lists them as a receiver of its insurance. As stated on the link. WORST NON CARE ever. You could hear them talking, waiting room was full, and it seems they wanted to take no more cases on this Sunday. They said consult/visit was $75.00 and I offered cash. I had $2250.00 in cash on me. Terrible job on my son's broken pinky. When the splint was removed his pinky finger was over lapping. I knew right away the medical staff did a terrible job. I'm no Dr. but I know 2 fingers should of been taped together. Went to ortho and the Dr said it should of been taped together. Option was to rebreak it and do it right but not required. I've been here a couple of times and each time was pretty standard for an urgent care. However this last visit was exceptional. My little girl had been sick for several days and was beginning to have trouble breathing. Luckily there was one other person ahead of us this day so we were seen fairly quick. The nurses and the doctors went above and beyond to make my little girl feel safe and relaxed so they could treat her. In the end the dr. Felt it best to take her to the ER. They called ahead and transferred her case. She told me what to tell the nurses there so that everyone would be in the same page. The urgent care doctor even followed up with me a few days later to see how she was doing. They held my hand and walked this panicked mom through this scary situation. read more

This is the worst urgent care I've ever been to. It's near impossible to get anyone on the phone and when you do they're incredibly rude & not helpful at all. The waiting room is incredibly small & be prepared to wait awhile. The staff at the front desk aren't very friendly & look like they're quite miserable. I don't know what happened to good customer service but you definitely can't find it here. Why do they go into the medical business to help people when it's the last thing they want to do? It just sucks when you feel like crap, this is the worst way to be treated when all you want is some help & a little sympathy. read more

Took my sister here on Christmas eve around 1:15 in the afternoon. We were both from out of town. The office staff let us know they were closing at 2. Only 2 other patients in the office. They gave her no paperwork, took her vitals and said they couldn't see her because they were closing at 2... not sure why they even agreed to see her...guess they needed to make sure wasn't dying since she came through the door? When we asked for a phone number for the other urgent care she said, "oh they'll be open...they're an urgent care. " huh...uh... you are too and your clearly afraid to stay past 2 given it's 1:20... everything was rushed, not professional, and clearly about getting us out as quick as possible even when they weren't closing for 40 minutes. I took my oldest son here on a Saturday after a Volleyball injury. The Doctor and nursing staff were very good and the wait was not even bad. Things went way down hill during follow up care. We were told that we would receive a call by Tuesday or we should call a number and it was urgent that we do so. I followed the directions and called on Tuesday and Wednesday morning then late Wednesday morning went into the clinic to be told it could be two weeks and there was nothing they could do. I finished follow up care with his primary physician who actually cares for his patients. read more
