Service Technician, Zach, was able to diagnose and quickly resolve the issue(s) our furnace was having. After looking at our options Thorson and Zach provided, we decided on purchasing a new furnace to replace the broken down, old furnace. Thorson provided us Space Heaters overnight to keep our house warm, until the new was installed the following morning, by Zach and Zane.
