It was a very clean place, and the music and TV playing shows was nice. However, the gentleman that did my nails did not do a good job Also, he never spoke to me and just seemed irritated that I was there. He did ask if my shape was ok after he filed, which it was, but after that nothing. When he was done I said "thank you" and he ignored me and said nothing. When I got home I noticed two fingers hurt. I looked and he cut into my thumb and middle finger so bad it was irritated and I may have to go to the doctor. The gel is not on my nail correctly and peeling off, and there are black specks on my nails. I didn't notice all of this in the salon, or I would have let them know. I did look more closely when I got home at the job he did when I noticed the irritation on my fingers and actually looked closely at them. Im sorry I had to leave a bad review, but I spent money on these I'm just going to try and take them off, but I am very sad that I wasted my money.

When I walked in all the nail techs were busy but I only had to wait about 5 minutes until Nichole was available. I can't say enough about how well my nails turned out! Nichole was friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted done and made sure they turned out just that way. She took her time and made sure each nail was perfectly filed without any damage to my skin or cuticles like some other nail salons I've been to.
