You can tell the shop doesn't have a lot of clientele BUT that does not mean my nail tech didn't put in work. I came in to get a pedicure and fullset pink and white tips. I was a very satisfied customer when I left. She took her time and because she wasn't rushing to accommodate another customer I felt like I had my own personal private nail tech I loved it!!!! When I walked in all the nail techs were busy but I only had to wait about 5 minutes until Nichole was available. I can't say enough about how well my nails turned out! Nichole was friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted done and made sure they turned out just that way. She took her time and made sure each nail was perfectly filed without any damage to my skin or cuticles like some other nail salons I've been to. The pink ombré coloring is so beautiful and so well blended that I honestly couldn't be happier and will be going back when they need to be filled.

I had been going to another nail shop for 10 years. The last couple of times, my nails were "substandard". Decided to try a new place. Stopped at Salina Perfect Nail, and what to my surprise!!! Ann, the "new management" used to be the owner of the place I used to get great nails from! She took care of me, doing the fantastic job which I had been accustomed to, and I am flying high!! These nails are the best I've had in ages. Treated me wonderfully and I saw that the young man who used to do the best pedicures was there too! No more old place for me. I am sticking with Ann at Salina Perfect Nail. If you try it, you will not be disappointed. :) read more

I walked in and they weren't busy at all. They catered to every need. It says they are under new management. I just moved here and my nail stylist back home I had been with for years. After today while we are here in Jacksonville this will be the place I come to. They were all super nice and my nails look AMAZING! Also for the month of November they have a 20% off your service. My daughter & I went to Ann & Phillip for years then I had to take my nails off for a while. Went back & they were gone, but Phillip came into my store & I asked where they went. It's so nice to be back with the people I know, who know me. They have a lot of regulars who have been with them a long time. We had a good time catching up. read more

Instead of fixing the issue professionally, they chose to yell at me in front of the entire salon, humiliating me instead of making things right. Terrible quality, terrible customer service. Save your money and your time -- this place does not care about their customers, only about taking your money. I've never had such an awful salon experience in my life.

It was a very clean place, and the music and TV playing shows was nice. However, the gentleman that did my nails did not do a good job Also, he never spoke to me and just seemed irritated that I was there. He did ask if my shape was ok after he filed, which it was, but after that nothing. When he was done I said "thank you" and he ignored me and said nothing. When I got home I noticed two fingers hurt. I looked and he cut into my thumb and middle finger so bad it was irritated and I may have to go to the doctor. The gel is not on my nail correctly and peeling off, and there are black specks on my nails. I didn't notice all of this in the salon, or I would have let them know. I did look more closely when I got home at the job he did when I noticed the irritation on my fingers and actually looked closely at them. Im sorry I had to leave a bad review, but I spent money on these I'm just going to try and take them off, but I am very sad that I wasted my money.
