I had tried out 3 other Gym's similar to G6 before I started at their gym in this area. The other gyms although I enjoyed, didn't feel it had the same professionalism where each trainer really knew their stuff at G6 and it felt like family after getting to know everyone. Results: I ended up putting on 20lbs of muscle while at G6 over a few months getting into the best shape of my life (under 5% Body fat) and it also felt more a like a family atmosphere which meant a lot to me personally. I have also sent several friends there that felt similar. Why G6? I almost went the personal training route but it wasn't in my budget for that level of 1 on 1 which is why I went hunting. At G6, you get to have the coaches for questions/watching your workouts similar to a personal trainer, excellent programming to fit your needs, professionalism, and a great atmosphere with the other individuals you workout with which helps with encouragement. It's worth a shot if your looking to try it out. Hit Justin or Corey at G6 up, they are both down to earth and easy to talk to.

Our instructor, Krysisha, was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt her energy. She greeted us with the biggest smile, and her positivity was truly contagious. She made the entire class feel welcoming, encouraging, and empowering. The studio itself lives up to its name, warm, calming, and inviting. I went with two friends and my cousin, and we all left feeling good, worked out and uplifted. It honestly felt like a little escape from the day. Zen, the owner was amazing and down to earth. I love that it's a black owned AND woman owned business that offers this service so close to home. Highly recommend!
