The house is large and it was full of dust and dog hair. Matthew and his team spent over six hours doing a deep clean on the upstairs three bedrooms and two bathrooms. They also worked on the formal living and dining rooms. In the kitchen, the stove was scrubbed to sparkling brand new. They will be returning to finish the job that was bigger than we all thought and coming back biweekly to keep it maintained. I am grateful to know that my parents' house will be taken care of. It's a huge weight off of my shoulders because I live far away and I'm not able to spend as much time as needed to keep the house in shape.

Inspected a property I purchased in December 2024. At the time I was pleased with the report they…read morewrote up, but wish they would have been much more thorough about the deck. The wrote up two structural issues (carriage bolts and lack of correct spacing on stairs and railings), and these should have been red flags for me that there were other issues. Now I most likely am looking at a totally new deck that could have been negotiated in the purchase price of the home. Because I need the new deck to pass a rental inspection, this is a concern to me that I do wish had been brought up at the time of the inspection. There were also major fireplace issues that were not brought up in the report. To be fair to the company though this is a specialty inspection and I would not expet them to go in depth with this. Overall, it was fine for the price but everything brought up was so minor that there was nothign for me to negotiate. Just feel it should have been more thorough.

Pat missed a major problem with out septic system. ( We are new to the area and know nothing about…read moreseptic systems, which he knew.) He assured us ( and our realtor) it was a cracked line and an easy fix, about $150 total cost. We went to settlement. A week later we had someone come to fix the "cracked line" and were told we needed a new leach field. ($12K). We called Pat and he was condescending and rude. I mentioned that he has insurance for this type of situation and he responded with "l will see you in court." I should note on the last page of his report he mentioned (one line) that we should have someone look into the crack further. After his assurance to both us and the realtor that this was a minor issue we waited till after settlement to have someone in to look at it. 2 other professionals commented that this was an obvious mistake and his arrogance towards us was completely unnecessary.

Well when my steam cleaner stopped pulling up the water it was putting down it left a sticky residue all over my carpet so i caved and googled and found Quality Carpet Care. He gave me a quote and came out to clean my carpets a few days after that. everything was done in a timely manner, and the carpet wasn't left soaking wet. a few more days went by and then my german shepherd threw up all over the carpet in the living room, i called him that same day (a saturday) in a panic and he was at my house an hour later to clean the spots. which you can't even tell were there ! i'm very impressed and ill be referring him to anyone who needs this service. i HIGHLY recommend Quality Carpet Care.
