Blanka scheduled an appointment to come over to my apartment to evaluate how much time it would take to clean and how much the costs would be for monthly cleaning. We then scheduled the first cleaning. Blanka came over the first day with one of her housekeepers and went over what was to be cleaned. They brought all of their own equipment and supplies. Because I work from home, I was in the apartment while it was being cleaned. The cleaning was very thorough and more than satisfactory. I received an invoice shortly after and it was reflective of the rates discussed. I now use this company for regular monthly cleanings. I would recommend them completely.

These guys were awesome. They are working very effective and fast. They came in the apartment, saw…read morethe boxes and they made the planning of how our stuff are going to get in the van. Carried everything with maximum care and very fast, no resting nor relaxing in between (you pay them by hour so BiG like for their speed). Our stuff got to the new apartment, again they carried them on the stairs. Everything got to my new house intact. Less talk and a lot of work. All this moving operation was under 2,5 hour. It's…read morea really a clean, organized fish wagon with every thing from fried kibbling, sushi (mostly tuna) and scallops the size of an orange! My favorite there is the white fish prepared with shrimp inside. It's €3 and I take it home and stick it in the oven for 20 minutes. Super lekker! I also sin like the devil when I order the deep fried, breaded oysters. OMG! They are sooooo good. The kibbling (fried cod) is the most Dutch thing you can get, and so delicious, but can't go wrong with the mussels. It's a real treat because they are difficult to find at these stands. They aren't too breaded or greasy. It's a busy place (especially at lunch time and Saturdays) and they mean business! It took them a month or two to warm up to me - just the way the fish mongers are from Volendam. I eventually broke them in and they laugh at my jokes. :)

Very disappointing and concerning experience…read more The contractor sent by Mr Fix had no apparent experience. He was invited for simple tasks such as hanging a lamp, yet he spent four hours attempting the same task without success. In the end, he damaged a brand new lamp and failed to complete the work. When we asked him to leave he became aggressive. The contractor also behaved in a rude and aggressive manner in the group WhatsApp chat that included Mr Fix, yet no action was taken. Mr Fix took zero accountability for this situation. Despite clearly explaining that I was uncomfortable communicating with the contractor after this incident, they repeatedly forced me to deal with him directly. When I attempted to resolve the issue directly with Mr Fix, they refused to handle it and continued pushing me back to the contractor. To make matters worse, their CEO ultimately told me via WhatsApp to "leave him alone." This completely defeats the purpose of using a platform like Mr Fix. There is no customer protection, no accountability, and no support when something goes wrong.
