MaidSense has been cleaning for me for approximately 2 years. I will say it's been an evolving process for me to give them a 5 star rating. they get this 5 star plus a star because David, the owner, and his teams supervisor have continuously LISTENED to me! I'm very particular about cleaning. First I wanted my products used and my vacuums used. I taught them to use a steam mop and how to clean wood look tile floors. any floor that has texture must be mopped (any kind of mopping) in the direction the tiles are laid otherwise you do not get into those grooves! there has been many things we've worked on. if I had felt I was not being listened to or they weren't willing to do what I ask they wouldn't be cleaning for me. so if you are particular like me, this is a great company to work with! My first cleaning with Maid Sense was this week. Team #3, Gabriela and Sol, did a wonderful job. They were on time in the window of arrival, and were smiling and so pleasant. The ladies gave me the opportunity to tell them where to clean first, upstairs or downstairs, which I thought was helpful and very courteous. Additionally, the ladies really did clean everything. I noticed that the floor of my walk-in pantry had been swept and mopped, and that the entire utility room had been carefully cleaned. No other cleaning company has ever done that. Outstanding service. A two-woman crew breezed through our 3 bed and 2 bath home and in about an hour it was spotless. Attention paid to every surface of the home and all of our things were treated with respect. I cannot stress how good the home looked when they were finished. Happy and cheerful, they were pleasant guests in the home and displayed a furious work ethic. I could not be happier. We left our previous service because we were not happy with the results. Maid Sense cleans my home every two weeks. They do a good job for the price; it's a good value. There are occasionally different teams that work in my home, and sometimes the differences are obvious; sometimes some areas get missed (as in dusting), but these are few and far between. My home always looks and feels great when they're done. I have dogs that I keep crated while the cleaning teams are here, and they are all so nice about having to clean around the crates and the sometimes barking dogs. My kitchen and bathrooms are always cleaned so well, and this makes a big difference! I'll definitely keep using them! read more

The ladies worked efficiently on my home for two hours. I appreciate that the standard clean included most things that I need assistance with. The maids are fast yet very thorough and detailed. They move furniture and stuff to clean better. If I leave my bedroom a mess they tidy up everything without me having to look all over for my things.
