The packing was unbelievably bad with mislabeled boxes, no concept of organization in the boxes, multiple items broken or damaged and valuable items simply forgotten and left behind. They now hire independent workers to pack who have no accountability to Atlas and they clearly do NOT care to do a good job. I spoke with the company and they said they would send a claim form but of course never did. DO NOT hire this company if you value your property or sanity!!!!

The move-out crew (Adam, Robert, Joel and Tony in Idaho Falls) were amazing and loaded everything faster than expected, worked through lunch and were gone by 4pm. Two days later Adam supervised the unloading in Lehi, UT and also had a great team to work with. There were a few minor wall-dings but nothing major, and all furniture was well cared for. Start to finish was only about 4 1/2 hours including reassembling furniture and generally organizing room set up under my direction. Two thumbs up; and the cost of our move ended up being less than estimated. Well done; I highly recommend this company.

I live on the top floor of a condominium building. When water started leaking into condo through my ceiling, my HOA was anything but helpful. I tried calling other restoration companies over the weekend as water continued to pour into my place. No one would even come look at it for me. But on a Sunday, the Gallatin Restoration guys came and looked at my leak. While they couldn't help me while the water was coming in, they at least made contact with me, then continued to text me to check in. When a large portion of my ceiling finally caved in from all the water, they came that day. By the next day, they had drywall up and then, over the course of the next couple weeks, dried out my walls, got someone in to texturize the ceiling and then painted it. You can't even tell that anything happened! The most important thing to me, though, was that they showed up when they said they would, they communicated everything they did with me throughout the entire process, and they were friendly and professional guys to work with! Like I said at the beginning, they made a terrible situation so much better and gave me my home back. They are AMAZING!

They even called me back when I told them I had to talk to my roommates and forgot to tell them what we wanted done. On the day scheduled for cleaning, Ryan came to my house early and was ready to get to work. However, I work night shifts and totally forgot they were coming so I was still asleep. He waited for an hour outside my door and called me multiple times. I couldn't believe he waited! He was so understanding and helpful as I was running around moving furniture still half asleep. This should have been very accurate, but wasn't. The final bill was 3,900!! And they had 2 trucks break down the first night of cleanup and couldn't get it cleaned up properly to start.
