    We hired Maid4Condo for a deep clean post-move out and were very excited to use them as we had heard great reviews. However, the quality of our cleaning was not up to par when compared to what other reviews here are describing. There was visible dirt accumulated between appliances and shelving in the kitchen, the oven glass was dirty and the outside of the microwave was left unclean. We ended up having to redo the cleaning entirely with another company, costing us another $250. We contacted the company as soon as our listing agent informed us of the cleaning defects but it took a week, over 4 phone calls, and numerous follow-up texts to get a response. Maid4Condo only offered us a $20 rebate (off of a $240 service) and tried to turn the blame on us for not notifying them earlier (we are out of the country so are not able to take a look)...

I have a whole list of issues: Smashed a bottle of wine (it was a special gift that can't be replaced) Before we could tell them what we want to do, they re-order a new one instead of comping the bill Ruined our floor with said smashed bottle of wine causing the hardwood to swell Left wine in our closet and closet door track overnight Left our floor greasy Ruined the paint job we did less than a year ago They came back to re-clean our condo, and they ruined our drywall. The lady sprayed the wall with our spray mop instead of the floor and didn't dry it. Now it has a giant bubble and the drywall needs to be repaired. Their response to our issue? "the floor looked like this in the photo you sent before". The photo of the damages we sent. I am starting to doubt they have business insurance based on the way they're avoiding taking any responsibility. Edit: Swaara, why are you lying in your reply to me? This is the email sent to your team: "Hi, I saw the attached email that the replacement wine bottle is ordered directly, and I wasn't even followed up with. I thought the decision was mine whether I wanted a replacement or a credit of some sort. This ordering of the replacement without informing me and putting me on the hook to go pick up the wine hasn't created a good impression of your company and customer service in my eyes today and this is my first time with your company. I am not upset with Janis because she made an honest mistake. But my partner (whose wine bottle this was) and I are both VERY upset because not only was this a gift that was broken, but now that I have settled, I see that the wine wasn't cleaned up properly. The hallway floor is sticky and is leaving stains, there are still wine stains in the closet sliding door and on the garbage can (attached are pictures for all this) and this is unacceptable considering that this was a mistake made by your employee. Had I known all this before, I wouldn't have given positive feedback on your survey. I would like a refund for today's service in addition to this wine replacement now and I don't want a credit because I am not going to use your company's service again. If I am not going to receive some form of refund or compensation from you for this incident, I will issue a chargeback with my bank. Looking forward to hearing from you. " No one said it was "inconvenient" to pick it up. Please do not put words in our mouths. There's still massive wine stains up our walls (that you've not offered to fix or compensate us for) and our floor is ruined due to your company. The least you could've done is offered a full refund but you insist the floor looked this before. So I'm adding a photo of our cat in the same area before your company destroyed our floor. The photo is from October 27 2023. As for "However in this case we do not feel as tho we caused any damage from wine spilling and being picked up right after." it took quite some time to clean up the 5L of wine from various parts of our condo. You guys destroyed our floor and won't own up to it. You permanently stained our walls with wine and won't own up to it. You won't even address it even thought it's in the review and photos included. view as now I don't feel it's fitting. Thank you for ruining our floor and walls right before Diwali and going "we don't feel we did it" while only addressing half the issue your company made for us. Edit 2: A bit of digging through their Google reviews shows that they have a nice habit of ruining people's hardwood floors then denying it and refusing to make it right in any way.     BEWARE: This company cannot deep clean because their cleaners are not allowed to use any chemicals! I was extremely disappointed with the services provided by Maid4Condo. I decided to give them a try based on all the excellent google reviews - so I feel the need to share my experience here to warn others to not fall for all the 5 star reviews. I am attaching photos of how my condo looked like after they finished cleaning. We booked a condo deep cleaning, with extra add-ons for interior window, oven cleaning, and inside of the fridge. I was charged $557. On the day scheduled, four cleaners arrived and cleaned for approximately 2 hours. When they left, my bathroom still looked very dirty, with the shower tiles still stained and areas like under cabinets and behind the toilet not cleaned at all. The rest of the condo also just looks like it was generally dusted and definitely not "deep cleaned". The kitchen counter, back splash, inside of the fridge, inside of window all had areas that were missed. I called their customer service and they apologized and said they will send someone to fix it the week after - but noted to me that their cleaners cannot use chemicals like bleach and therefore the bathroom tiles cannot be cleaned. I am baffled how you can charge a premium for a service like "deep clean" when the cleaners are not allowed to use the proper cleaning supplies. So I decided to not ask for a return visit but requested a refund instead. Customer service dragged it on for almost two weeks and ended up only offering me $150 refund. So all in all, I paid over $400 for my home to still be dirty. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to not use this cleaning company. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

    Sooo sometimes we need help tidying up our places, with this notion in mind I came across Made4Condos based out of Liberty Village to do a one time quick basic plus cleaning of my pretty sized condo for $98.00. First Impressions: Wow their website is soooooo user friendly that I was able to blow dry my hair, brush my teeth, have my americano, and order a maid service in span of 2 minutes!! BRAVO for a user friendly website. Secondly: I received my invoice, my time window when the maid will show up, what to expect, which areas will be clean, in span of me signing for the service. My sweet maid texted me half an hour before coming and showed up with all her cleaning supplies and gear. Thirdly: Lara my amazing helper showed up was cheery, professional, international, so you can only imagine how great our conversation was and she did such a great job that I was able to take a selfie with my floors They have weekly, biweekly, monthly services available as well, and I am really thinking about spoiling myself monthly with this amazing service!!

    First time using their service for a move in/out cleaning for a tenant turnover. Loved the usability of their website and the quote that they provide instantly. Maria and Andrea did a wonderful job cleaning up the place and gave it the fresh feeling it needed! Pleased with their work, especially Andrea for deep cleaning and scrubbing the kitchen (the fridge and microwave were quite dirty, and now it's spic and span). They bring their own equipment and work very efficiently. The only snafu was that the receptionist on the phone gave me inaccurate info - I was told that the staff won't enter the balcony (and thus had cleaned it separately) but when I received the checklist, it was included in the service
