I requested that a cover be made for a basement opening at my daughter's home. My concern was that…read morecover that had been crafted for it had degraded over time-made of wood and covered with a ridged covering-it didn't do what it needed to do--allow the water to drain away from the opening and it had rotted. I explained to Josh what I was looking for and he quoted me a price. I never heard from any of the other companies on the website. I made contact with Josh on a Thursday and he said he'd be out on Tuesday. On Tuesday, he came out and measured and said that he'd be back on Wednesday morning. He indicated he'd be on his way after picking up the material. Unfortunately, the supplier had a slight problem and he was delayed. He made it to the house and went straight to work about two and half hours later, he was finished. The work did what I needed it to do-cover the basement opening and allow the water to drain off the cover--keeping my grandson safe all the while. Josh is responsive. He listened to what I was looking for and he delivered. I will use Josh's services if I have a need and I highly recommend him. Less than a week after I spoke with him, I have a solution to a problem that concerned me greatly. Thanks Josh for the excellent work.
