I wanted to share that I always request a specific maid pro professional and the company continues to send different people to my home. I was called to let me know of her arrival that day and with the Maid Pro office being closed that day, we were not able to make changes. With the Thanksgiving holiday coming up, I reluctantly allowed her to clean our home. The service was just okay in my opinion; I feel the floors weren't properly swept or vacuumed - they were partially at best but there were obvious areas that needed more attention. Also, she dropped the vacuum cleaner down my wood stairs and caused damage to the stair treads as well as my brand new hardwood floors which I was incredibly upset about. Lastly, she began to clean the oven out; my husband had told her that it wasn't required however, she had already put cleaner in the oven. She did not continue as informed however, leaving the cleaner in the oven has caused additional problems. I did not realize cleaner had been left in there and went to use the oven later that evening and caused the oven to start smoking and left a horrible smell as a result. I had to completely change my dinner plans as a result. This was very unacceptable and poor service. I will be ending my service with Maid Pro as a result of this poor customer service. read more

This company is on point!! Absolutely love my two cleaners, Page and Tabatha. Very warm and friendly. And I can trust them alone in my house with no worries about anything. And my two Springer Spanials absolutely love both of the cleaners. As for cleaning my 2,000 square ft. house is spotless. Just remember these ladies work incredibly hard and on a time schedule so to get a great clean you should put your items away before they get there so they can clean efficiently they are there to clean not organize your life. If you do this you will be amazed at how beautiful they will make your house look. I have tried several cleaning company's and Maidpro is hands down the BEST! I love my two girls and Maidpro Company. ‼ HORRIBLE CLEANING SERVICE ‼ Two ladies came to my apartment to clean. Both were scheduled to be here at 11 AM. Both of the ladies did not arrive until 12 PM. First and foremost that is terrible customer service to tell someone you're going to be at their place by 11 and not show up until an hour later. I have a business to run and operate and I was waiting on them and scheduling appointments around the time of 11 AM because I thought they were gonna be here by then. Secondly, they let called me at 1:30pm to let me know they were done with cleaning my unit which was an hour and a half after their arrival. That is the quickest cleaning I have ever had done by a cleaning crew and I've had MANY of cleanings done by several different cleaning companies. I am not satisfied at all with the service in the least bit. I was charged $135 to clean my 700 square-foot apartment & expected it to be cleaned and immaculate. Most cleaning people that come by my unit are usually here 3 hours but do a really good job and charge just as much to clean my place. The top of my ceiling fans are completely filthy, my living room carpet still has dog hair everywhere even though it appeared to be vacuumed. There is dog hair all over my carpet still. My dog has been on the back patio since they've cleaned my unit and has not been back in my apartment since. So this is fresh after they vacuumed. It was not vacuumed thoroughly that's for sure. I took a paper towel and wiped my kitchen floor to find it completely dirty paper towel. They did an OK job wiping down my sliding glass door there are still dog prints on it. This is by far the WORST cleaning I've ever had done & I WILL NEVER use this cleaning company again. read more

I have called several times. No call backs . I was told two girls 3 hours $325.00. But I only got 1 girl for 3 hours. And they charged me $250.00. When I called they said they needed a credit card to hold the spot. And will not charge, but they charged my card ASAP. IM so upset. They will not refund my card. I was told 2 maids for a deep cleaning service for 4 hours, $250. I was fine with that. Then they showed up only to say that it was 2 hours $250. After telling them that was not what I was told she got the person I spoke to on the phone. He wanted to argue with me that he did not say this. In the email it only specified the date they were coming and what to prepare for, not the price broken down or I would've cancelled immediately!! One of the maids ended up spending about 40 minutes to an hour on the phone with him because of this disagreement and when they saw they would have to work further she would have to call him for him to up the price more for them to finish. Long story short, it was not a deep cleaning. Several things got missed. Before the girl left she went through checking off everything they supposedly had done. Several things did not get done that she checked. Would not recommend this company!! I guess the best thing they did was in the end the manager agreed to the original price. read more

Maid Pro is just wonderful. The receptionists are very pleasant and helpful, and you get a estimate before you make your appointment. Our two maids were friendly and did a beautiful job.
