Traveling a lot for work, MaidPro is amazing! There's no better feeling than coming home from a trip to a spotless house. I tried to do without the service for a time to save money, but not having to spend time cleaning on the weekend is priceless! Everyone that's been here has done a great job and is very professional - especially Brendaliz - and the pricing is reasonable for the level of service. read more

I have been using MaidPro for 6 months now. This is a very good & professional company. Their maids are incredibly professional and do a great job cleaning. The most recent cleaner that we have had (Heather) is outstanding. I have an administrative person assigned to me that is always responsive & helpful (Kathryn). If I need to change things around or limit or expand a part of the service I can do that via email or text. Overall my experience has been great so far. read more

I've been using Maid Pro for at least the past 8 months. They were very accomodating, fitting my scheduled cleanings within my schedule. And, after getting quotes from about 3 or 4 other cleaning services, they were the most inexpensive!! I've been able to cancel and/or reschedule cleanings at the last moment. Awful. Supposedly three employees were here for three hours. Kitchen cabinets were never touched although we specified that these were a priority. They vacuumed around footstools, not moving them. They did not move dining room chairs only cleaned around them too. When we called, they did they gave us a weak, sorry. They did not offer to come out and look, a refund, or even to send someone back for an additional hour. read more

After spending some time asking questions about this company, I was reassured that I would get great people coming out cleaning my home everything thorough and that they would also make arrangements for it to be on a Saturday since I only request Saturday. They said it would be no problem. They called and confirmed my appointment twice and then two days before the actual appointment for Saturday after 1 p.m. or between 1 and 2 p.m. at the latest. Saturday came Saturday went nobody showed up I had people and guests coming on Sunday and MAIDPRO screwed me. I said I had a normal maid that does come out, but sometimes she requires a lot more time in advance. However by using maid pro, I thought I could typically call at anytime and not have to give so much so many days before my cleaning lady would come by, but in this case, it was worse! No one showed up when I contracted Maidpro. I will never ever use this company. This company screwed me. It took my credit card even before the service was supposed to happen. Nobody picked up Saturday at the local office, and the 800# could not reach anyone, but to leave more than 6 messages for a call back- which no one called.. Liars, Frauds, and completely unprofessional and a company you can't trust or count on! read more

This service was fine under the previous owner, but unfortunately has had a change of management and service philosophy. We have had this service for over six years and have been forced to discontinue the service due to new changes under the new management. Under the current management, the cleaners have shown up at the promised time only one time out of six. They have not notified customers of the delays (usually 4-8 hours or more!) in most cases and in the single case in which we were notified, the cleaners did not even arrive at the rescheduled time. For a maid service which is primarily used by busy people it seems there is no regard for the time or schedules of their customers. In multiple cases the cleaners under the current management have cleaned (very slowly!) only half the house and demanded to be paid for cleaning the entire house. Additionally, the cleaners sent under the new management have cleaned very poorly (leaving a "clean" bathtub full of soap scum for example), and management's response to requests that the cleaners actually clean the items has been to complain that the customers should not "complain" about the cleaning. I would never hire this company under the current management (Kathy) and would warn others to beware and seek another company! read more

I've used a couple of different house cleaning services, both corporate and mom-and-pop, and MaidPro is the best. Though they might cost more than the mom-and-pop services, their prices are very fair for the quality of the cleaning they provide, their use of their own products (you never have to worry that the cleaning service will show up just when you didn't have time to run out to the store and get more PineSol or whatever), and the ease of working with the "Pros" and the office staff (Kathryn). I have had a few Pros that in particular deserve extra praise for their work and the final presentation of the house: Chelsea, you are awesome and Brendaliz and Carmen we love the work you do too! read more

We appreciate the close attention she pays to little details when cleaning and tidying up around the house and always enjoy the feeling of coming home to a beautifully cleaned and sanitized home.
