The wonderful people at this company responded immediately, dispatching their professionals to meet my mother and conducting a thorough site survey to ensure they could deliver on the services I requested. My mother found them charming, too. When the appointment day came they arrived early and got my mother successfully to and from the doctor's office without any problem whatsoever. They really saved me and my mother got the help she needed and was back on her feet again soon. I would definitely use them again for transportation or any of the other services they offer. Thank goodness companies like this exist today for those of us who are remote from aging parents.

The support at Euro Home Care in Plainville, CT was inadequate and inferior. Twice we were promised caregivers to begin working with my father. The coordinator came to my father's house with the caregiver for training. The caregiver never showed up at the start date without even a phone call. Neither the caregiver nor the coordinator ever answered my phone calls. I feel the service was poor and unreliable. These characteristics make me feel uncomfortable for anyone asking for care for their loved one. I highly recommend another agency.

We used them pre Covid for Nursing care,PT,OT and Home health aide's. Getting ANY type of supplies was impossible. There were times I had to purchase supplies that were supposed to be included in care management AND share them with the nurse because she wasn't supplied with basic nursing supplies i.e. gloves ,dressings etc.. When I tried to get sterile saline syringes to flush drainage tubes three times a day I was given 20 syringes and them was told to use non-sterile saline from a bottle with empty used syringes. Certainly not an acceptable option but the only one I was given. Very dangerous situation. The Management of this company is the worst EVER. That being said the front line nurses and home care staff were GREAT. Too bad they aren't treated with respect and given the tools they need to perform their duties safely. As far as Management is concerned I think they are blatantly cheating Insurance and Medicare. Please choose another company for your needs.
