Some areas of my floor was left with splotches. The ceiling fan in the master was missed. They did not wipe down outlets. I spec requested all door frames dusted. They missed two doors (out of 10). What they did clean, they 'wiped'. they commented on how clean my home was to begin with- which may have made them less attentive. The rooms the did towards the end of their visit were the issue. Sad to say, I rewashed my floors, finished cleaning doors, shelves, fans, and the master bathroom.
