Amazing, hard-working team! They are very professional and fairly priced. My elderly mother-in-law owns a second home that had a mentally unwell tenant living in it. We used Maids & More for the first time this weekend and had an incredible experience. I needed a last-minute apartment move-out clean done and they came on a Saturday morning which was awesome and I was blown away by the way my apartment looked when I walked back in, the baseboards, appliances, carpet, bathroom, and hardwood all looked incredible. I have used Maids and More twice and have been very happy. The have scrubbed kitchen walls and hard-to-reach spaces. They cleaned carpets, stairs and blinds, but the most amazing cleaning job was on a couch and loveseat that I thought may have reached the point where they needed to be replaced. They look awesome! Terrible customer service, I had to call them twice to try and setup an appointment. First time they took my info and said "they'd get back to me". The second time I called (2 business days later), the guy was rude, asked if it was a "for real call", and then the insisted that I didn't want their service. What kind of business does that, esp one which is primarily based on 2 tenants: CUSTOMER SERVICE and cleaning. Awful! read more

Terrible job, poor customer service. Sent a 2nd complaint to them and got no response. While doing a whole-house cleaning for us before moving in, they did very little of what we requested. Wanted every square inch cleaned, together with carpets, etc. Just a small example....left pee stains on the bathroom walls, carpets were left full of dog hair and filthy (had the clogged dyson vacuum and black water from our carpet cleaner to prove that). Windows were not cleaned, refrigerator was left full of grunge. Appears they only lightly surfaced cleaned, yet still charged us $1,358, which we stupidly paid before noticing. Very upsetting!!!! They were nice on the phone in the beginning so as to build up our confidence, but their cleaning crews were terrible; and now ignoring us to the max. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! read more
