Be green cleaned my carpets 8 days ago.... I noticed a funny smell so I went and bought a Hoover at target yesterday because I couldn't take it any longer ..the pictures are of what my Hoover picked up after they supposedly cleaned my carpets..... There is also an after picture of my carpets after I cleaned them with the Hoover..... they are only a year old! The Smell isn't completely gone but it's definitely better ....I don't know what they did to my carpets I am really hoping I don't have to replace them because of the damage they did!..... Worst part is I didn't even get A phone call to apologize or anything ....no explanation ....just a text message where would you like your refund sent......like wtf! read more

This company has horrible customer service. I called in to schedule and was told they would call right back. They did call, 24 hours later, but I missed the call, so called back again and the same thing, someone would have to call me back. This went on for about 5 or 6 tries until I said I am staying on the line until I speak with someone. I did schedule a carpet cleaning and was told they would arrive between 10am and 1pm (I can't take 4 hours off from work for carpet cleaning)I asked for a phone call when the driver was on his way, which I did get, but after waiting at home for over an hour I called in and asked how much longer...they said at least another hour. I then cancelled my appointment and am seeking other companies. This was a horrible experience from start to finish. read more
