They are super Helpful! I have a last-minute appointment before my cleaning and I am be a little bit late for the service. I call the concierge to open the door for them and the two ladies entered my apartment to do the cleaning before I came back. Just had this service clean my house for the first time. I have three kids, two pets and four bedrooms. They arrived on time and had the place cleaned in 3.5 hours. The team brought their own supplies, but used mine where I specified. They cleand my hardwoods according to my specifications and left the kitchen sparkling. Sonia was the team lead and she was super easy to communicate and work with. When they left, payment was processed to a card on file. I waited a long time to call and schedule because I didn't know what to expect from someone else coming into my home and handling "personal places and things." The two young ladies who showed up were prompt (in my driveway ten minutes ahead of time), listened to my wish list (as I did not want them to clean the whole house but concentrate on areas that have become difficult for me to tackle as a senior), and did a magnificent job of accomplishing my goals, including doing some of the areas that were visible but that I had told them not to worry about. Amazing job! I booked an Angie's list deal two people two hours for $89.00. They called me and said they would need one more hour and that made me a little nervous I wasn't having the bedrooms done just bathrooms kitchen and common areas but they cut me a deal on the additional hour. When I got home I was amazed!!! They really scrubbed and got in all the nooks and crannies. My stove top looks amazing, they got areas that most other cleaning services tend to overlook. I purchased a cleaning voucher for a move-out from 1 BR/BA smaller than 700 sq ft apartment. While the bathroom and carpets were spotless,the fact that the ladies didn't pay enough attention to the blinds or other dusty spots like counters was slightly disappointing. I used Maids Prime for a few months and ultimately decided to discontinue service. If you select a reoccurring cleaning, the company assigns a designated team to your home. This team is not supposed to change - in theory. The team assigned to my small apartment changed on many occasions (lots of new people in my home on multiple occasions), and with the changes in teams came changes in "what was included" in my service and what was not. Very frustrating to be told on one occasion that x is "going to be extra" and on another occasion that it's included. I reached out to the customer service to get things resolved and never heard back. Lots of cleaning services out there to give your money to one that does a mediocre job and lacks in customer service. read more

Extremely accommodating to my needs since I was requesting their service while nobody was in my home to help them enter and I was 6 hours away and needing urgent service! They came the next day and were able to follow my somewhat complicated instructions on getting in to clean. I'm so happy to find Maids Prime. Previously, I had issue with other cleaning services of not being consistent, and crew members watching novellas on their phones while attempting to clean. I've gone through 5-6 companies for the past 8 years. Anyhow, from my first phone call with the Owner, John, to the littlest detail, or change of schedule, he was extremely polite, respectful, accommodating and prompt. He is always there to listen to customers requests and make sure they are happy:). Now, to the cleaning crew... I have no clue how, but John is like a matchmaker:). He got the crew of 2 hardworking and extremely thorough ladies, Edis and Ruth, who did exactly what I was requesting during my first conversation with John. These ladies have a positive attitude, even if I ask them to pay attention to certain areas. I'm extremely picky in terms of cleaning, and always check every little corner after cleaners leave. So far, the same crew cleaned my house 3 times. I found just few areas that were forgotten. I just hope my search for the thorough, deep and detailed cleaning is over, and this crew will be consistent. What I like about Edis and Ruth is that they are not chatty with each other, very focused and efficient, how well they clean bathrooms, clean hardwood floors corner to corner, clean windows from inside. House smells so fresh when they've done. They vacuum, and then mop with Bona my H/W floors, they go under all beds, even my king size one; clean all my closets from top to bottom. My kitchen counters and SS appliances literally sparkle. The only problem, like with the rest of cleaning companies, that they don't move heavy furniture. So I move my sofas and clean under them myself while they work on top level. I've had companies in the past that would send a crew of unhappy people, who just vacuum the center of each room, bring their dirty mops and brooms in... just gross. At times, I didn't allow them to bring their filthy equipment into my home. Maids Prime always use Swiffer duster and frequently replace it throughout cleaning. They also use microfiber cloths designated for each area. So far, I'm a happy customer, and would highly recommend them. I know, there are so many cleaning companies around, and it's confusing to chose the right one. As I mentioned, I'm extremely picky and demanding, because I know how to clean, and keep my house in a tiptop shape between monthly cleanings. Please, go ahead and give them a chance - you won't regret, but it will spare you valuable time that you can spend with your loved ones in your super clean house. read more

Like some other customers here, I ran into issues with Daniela's customer service. We scheduled an initial cleaning for our townhouse based on a specific price quote she provided. The cleaning staff did a good job, but Daniela called at the end of the visit and tried to ask for more money because the job had taken them about 15 minutes longer than they expected. When I asked Daniela to honor the original price (which was quoted as a flat amount and not hourly), she was argumentative and not very pleasant. I had been planning on using the service again, but the conversation with her left such a bad taste in my mouth I plan to look for a different service. read more

I found Maids Prime on Angie's List. They had an excellent rating, so I decided to try them. I've now been using their regular service for about six months, and I am very pleased. The same two ladies come each time, and they do a professional job on my two-story townhouse. They come during the week while I am at work and use the key they have on file. In addition, I was in a serious car accident in December the morning of cleaning day, and since I couldn't get my large dog who is petrified of strangers to daycare I had to cancel within 2 hours of my service appointment. I recently had Maids Prime do a deep cleaning at my home using a discount thru Angie's List. The team of two showed up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time and went straight to work. They did a fantastic job and ended up working 2 hours past their time. There was a fee for the additional hours which I didn't mind, considering I have two large dogs and I expected them to go over.
