This service was absolutely fantastic. I needed my home cleaned up promptly for a last minute family gathering and they got it done quickly and thoroughly. I called and spoke with Daniella who was very nice and took the time to explain the services they offer and suggest what would be best for me and my needs. We agreed to have two people come to my home for 2 hours which for them is a four hour job having 2 maids working together. Daniella got me all scheduled and the employees arrived a little bit prior to my appointment time (punctuality is a very important thing for me so i was very pleased by this). They came in and got right to work and when the two hours were done I couldn't believe the outstanding transformation a little cleanup could do. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the bedrooms and and tv room were made up and organized. The floors were extremely clean, there was no dust anywhere. Even the baseboards were cleaned of scuff marks. I'm quite detail oriented and I must say I couldn't of done better myself. After a job well done and me being a happy guy I was very impressed getting a follow up phone call from Daniella checking into make sure everything was done correctly and that I was happy with there service. We started working with them 2 years ago and they clean our house every couple of months . They do a decent work . However , since early this year, the manager became arrogant and kept ignoring my request. Their online booking system is a joke that doesn't allow you to make an appointment directly . He doesn't reply to your message on Yelp or text message even though it shows that the messages have been read. I have to text or call him multiple times and beg him to get a appointment . This time, it has been a week and still no response. I guess they have so many customers now and apparently we are not good enough to be their customers ( we are foreigners and minority ). keep in mind that you may loose all your customers if you keep treating your customers like this. read more

Maids Prime is so good, I created a Yelp account just to review! Maids Prime is probably the best cleaning service we have ever had. They were on time, cleaned everything deeply, and even organized a closet for us. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service. They are priced very fairly considering the amount of work they get done in the three hours they are at the house. Two cleaners came and worked the entire time they were there. They will be back to clean on a biweekly basis. Considering the quality of cleaning provided and the price, I don't think there is another agency that I know of that does a better job. I scheduled a cleaning service my for apartment before I moved out towards the end of December. It was my first time using Maids prime but I really like their service. They managed to work around my work schedule and I didn't even have to be at home during the cleaning. I wasn't expecting a very deep cleaning but I must say I was very surprised by the excellent service. They even cleaned my kitchen cabinets and bathtub tiles. This is best cleaning service I have had! The house smells fresh and clean for days after they leave. They clean every crack and crevasse and make sure you are satisfied before they leave. The owner even came to inspects our property to make sure we were satisfied with the service.
