We designed our t-shirt online and then I called to see if our order will make it in time and Michael G. told us it would on the phone, and then sent me an email with details. He also noticed that the color of tshirt we picked did not match the logo color (because color on screen can be deceiving!). And then helped us to find the t-shirt color best matched to our logo. We also ordered different design/color t-shirts and sweatshirts. Michael and Carly G. helped us with making the order as smooth as possible. During one visit, I overheard him speaking with a female employee and complaining about a previous customer within earshot of other customers. I found this unprofessional and disrespectful. Speaking negatively about customers in front of other customers reflects poorly on the business and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. On a separate visit, his overall demeanor seemed negative and aggressive. His body language came across as angry and off-putting, and he was moving boxes in a rough, aggressive manner. He did not seem approachable or customer-focused and did not project the kind of professionalism I would expect from someone in a management position. I want to note that my other experiences at this location have been positive, and the other employees have always been polite and helpful. However, these interactions reflected poorly on the store and its leadership. Unfortunately, they left a negative impression and made the store feel less welcoming.

When I went in to pick them up, they were different sizes. I said something to the person who had apparently printed them, and he tried to tell me that my design was bad because there were some areas where white space was supposed to be included -- and instead of following directions and cutting them to my specifications, he'd cut them down so that the white space was gone. Not only did he print the items incorrectly, but he also attempted to blame me for his mistake. I will never go back to this business.
