I sent several screen printing companies in the area a request for a quote of approximately what I needed. KSW not only got back to me the fastest, but they also gave me the most information, most professional quote, and were the most polite plus they had a great price. I was a big pain in the butt asking for 6 different quotes changing amounts and types and styles. Garrett was fantastic keeping all my information in order and trying his best to find me exactly what I wanted. After putzing around getting my boss to finalize a decision I signed my quote and off it went. 3 or 4 days later I realized that I had made a mistake and needed something different than the quote said and I called them about it. They were very understanding and were able to fix my order and still get it to me on time. The work is fantastic, I will always be getting my screen printing and embroidery with KSW.
