Great hours, the location is very convenient. I love that I can just drop off my prepaid package. I work longer hours so closing at 6:00 makes it nice when I need to drop packages off or mail packages out! Everyone is always super friendly and helpful! read more

I had to update my reviews, as I feel very uncomfortable when I come to this location, as my daughter has been complaining to me. They hired all new people this year, and there is one larger girl that works there who is sexually harassing my daughter. My daughter receives unwanted and unwarranted attention by this woman including flirting, grooming herself when my daughter is around, and leering. Customers have the right to do business in an establishment without being sexually harassed! Please provide sexual harassment training to your staff. read more

If I had my way I would give no star but I have no choice but to give 1 star. Bad service!!! I understand when you have so many mails / packages I come almost everyday to get my package and only received 1 big box and there was supposed to be 2. But never received the second. I had ordered 48 Christmas cards that was supposed to be mailed out. I yelled at the wrong person who I ordered it from, and she said" a guy name Ethan had signed and received it on the Dec 20th. So I apologize to the customer service rep. Upon my arrival at the post office he said I don't have any other package, I tried to keep it cool, it is now Dec 23. then came Monday post office is closed. Christmas has passed. I went and spoke to Ethan he finally gave my package on Tuesday Dec 27 I'm so piss off. So now I'm stuck with 48 wasted Christmas card dated 2022 that never had the chance to be sent out. Ordered through Shutterfly. I have been using this mail box for 20 plus yrs and went through 2 ownership. It is now time for a change to stop my service with these people and go somewhere else. I recently visited this store and met the owner and her new staff. I had often been helped by the young gentlemen who worked there for years. He has since moved on, and working somewhere else. The owner was very personable, and professional. I observed her training her new hire, a young woman who was there for only a week. I can tell that patience is needed in a store like this, and the owner seemed to know how to teach her knew hire the same. I overheard other customers, as I stood in line, comparing the service to what the former employee used to do for them, and how the new hire didn't do the same. Personally, I find this rude and disrespectful to the new hire, she is still learning and getting to know the store, and its customers give her a break! This place has grown to be a well kept, clean, and professional establishment, because its owners care, unlike other shipping retail stores that are dirty and toxic. Oh ya, this place does not charge you for taping a box, using their tape. The post office wont give you a piece of tape, they force you to buy a $10 roll of tape, and barely look at you! read more

Went in to mail a package and was quoted what I thought was an extreme amount of money as the 'cheapest option.' I took my package straight to the post office and was able to mail it for THIRTEEN dollars less. I also wanted to ship something Flat Rate and was told that the prices will increase regularly as we lead up to Christmas. Not true. I had to pay a lot of money to ship next day only to be told that my package didn't arrive on time. When I asked for my refund they told me I could only get half my money back and I have to wait a week for the other half while they hash it out with Fed Ex. I had to go hunting for my money back and wait over a week for my refund to be peiced back together and nobody knows what they're doing. I love supporting local businesses, but not if they are going to play games with my money. I mailed a package on 12/17 stating that it needed to be there by Christmas for the cheapest price possible. I ended up paying $19.38 for a package to make it from Everett, WA to Vancouver, WA by Christmas guaranteed (Weight/Size: 2lbs 4ozs /12x12x6). The gal working told me I could do an option that was about $4.00 cheaper and would take 3-5 days (5 days would mean it would make it there by Christmas), but wouldn't be guaranteed because 3-5 days actually means longer? ok? I ended up paying $19.38 for my package to make it there by 12/18 (one day service), which I thought was excessive. Over the weekend I couldn't stop thinking about the insane price I spent to ship my package. I decided to call the same location on 12/21 to get a "Quote" on the very same package and was VERY DISAPPOINTED. The phone call started with the gal saying "Well do you know the size and weight of your package?" with an attitude like I didn't know. Anyways, they ended up quoting me $13.58 for it to be there by Christmas as their cheapest rate possible. Of course I told her that I had paid $19.38 about 3 days ago and to my surprise she said "Well the gal who charged you didn't do anything wrong because we charge by the volume of packages for that day." First of all, I wasn't playing the blame game here. Second, why do you charge people like this? STUPID. DUMB. ALL OF THE ABOVE. I understand that this company has to charge a fee for their services, but come on. On a side note, I checked the post office online and they are around $5.49 (if you buy online) for a 2-day service. The post office even charges $15.94 (if you buy online) even for one-day (still cheaper than the $19.38 I paid at this establishment). UPS Ground is even charging $13.54 for delivery by 12/22, if I placed the same package today 12/21. I have learned my lesson with this company so I'm writing this review to help others know that this company is charging insane prices that the can't justify. read more

So here I am again writing another review of this very miserable establishment. For touting a mail service they sure don't care if your package ever gets to it's destination. I sent a complaint to the BBB 3 weeks ago and have still not heard back from this business. I think they feel I will just give up and move on, even though they took my merchandise and refuse to pay me back for their egregious mistake. I am now forced to take my complaint to FedEx directly and ask if they really want a company like this representing them and bad mouthing the good name of FedEx because they are the dishonest ones? I called just after 4pm, desperate to mail something overnight. The worker said I missed one carrier, but UPS wasn't there yet. I was close by, and said I was on my way and would take my chances. I was so happy to see UPS was still in the store when I arrived. The worker had asked him to stay just a minute for me to arrive, and I was able to send it out overnight. So friendly and helpful!! I've got nothing but Rude service here. I was charged $12.00 to mail two 1oz envelopes. When I asked if I took the letters home and put 2 stamps on them woyld they make it to their destination. She outright lied and told me I would have to use 6 stamps. I went home and did price checking at USPS and the price was $1.00 per envelope. Today I tried to drop off a UPS package at 9am because that is the time it says they open online. I got there and the closed sign was in and the miserable blonde 2as sitting there on the computer, so I assumed she forgot to turn the open sign on. I tried to open the door but it was locked. The sign on the door said they open at 10am. She totally ignored me. If they don't open at 9am then maybe she should change that online. I think it is poor customer service to blow off potential customers like that. She could have at least acknowledged me, opened the door and said I sorry, we don't open til 10am. Not impressed at all! The staff was not very friendly or knowledgable and did not even direct me where to go once I entered the business. I felt as though I was interrupting them, they even told me they were busy shopping online. I brought a bunch of packages in to mail and as I watched the prices, I thought they were kinda high so I inquired about USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate and was told that service was no longer available from USPS. I checked online once I got home and was floored to find it does still exist and I paid about 75% more than I would have if I had just gone to the post office. I will not be frequenting this business again even though it is way more convenient to my work and home than the post office. read more

I took in a Priority package paid 12.00 bucks to send only to have my mailman bring to me the next day for additional postage. My package was metered for 5.35 I had to give the mailman an additional .45. I get they charge a fee that I am willing to pay for convenience but seriously....the fee was more than the postage and she couldn't even get it metered correctly. I had to ship a package to Alaska. They charged me $111 for UPS which they said was the least expensive option between USPS, UPS, and FedEx to arrive by Christmas. That seemed high to me. I looked it up on the USPS website, they would have charged $35 and it would have arrived the same day as my UPS shipment is slated to arrive. Never going back there again. read more

Mail Boxes N More charged me $7.72 to mail one (1) book by Media Mail, and told me that it was so expensive due to the Post Office screwing up its budget. Phony excuse, I found out.
