When our sump pump stopped working and we were beginning to have a flood, I called Will Reed and described the problem. Even after all these years not only did he remember us but he got Wayne his head tech over to fix it within 45 minutes. It was a life saver helping us avert a major water backup. We started by having PA come in and apply 2" of closed cell foam on the entire building envelope. Then we applied a 1.5" layer of Dow Board strips over the studs to provide thermal bridge blocking. Then we had PA come back in and fill ouT the stud bays with open cell to provide a very tight and well insulated package. These guys do such a nice job. They take pride in the work and leave the job site super clean and neat when done. They take the time to protect the building elements that need to stay clean. Over all an excellent experience and I would recommend them to peOple looking to do it right.
