Used them 3 times on 3 different house and each time the quality went downhill until the last time in 2022, when they installed gutters that leaked, they came up to "fix" the problem by silicone the entire length of drain gutters 52 feet and hammer in more nails. When I noticed water leaking 2 tears later it was not acknowledged. We sided and trimmed our home in 2025 and found water damage along the eves due to their idiotic use of massive amounts of silicone and nails, the contractor who did the siding never seen this amount of incompetence and damage and the gutters had to be pryed off making them unable to be used again. My siding contactor took photos and even reached out to SNJ and were told that was the way they do gutters, they DIDNT STAND BY THEIR 5 YEAR WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE, and refused to work with me . SNJ Seamless was supposed to install gutters on the front of my house yesterday and they didn't show up! I called, left message, and no response! I did a lot of work flattening the facia and moving a motion light to prepare for seamless gutters. I also waited for a few hours for them to show. This business is unprofessional and inconsiderate. Steve Jablonski and his team at SNJ Gutters were very responsive to our requirements and completed nearly a full "guttering" of our house in a day. Steve was most helpful designing the gutter flows for our house, which has many odd roof angles that had to be accommodated. Worst job I have ever seen. I strongly reccommend that you avoid this contractor. They installed gutters with negative slope, cut back roof sheathing so water running off roof totally misses the gutters. They then pretended that it was my fault while claiming THEY are the 'experts'! I was provided with a written estimate within 24 hours of my initial inquiry. They took the time to explain my options and the advantages and disadvantages of each. I really appreciated the personal contact and time they spent explaining things. I decided to purchase gutters through this company after speaking with several other local companies. SNJ was not the cheapest estimate, but they seemed more knowledgeable and competent than some of the others. I was scheduled within two weeks of my initial phone call. The weather did not cooperate on the original installation date and it had to be rescheduled, but they did so within less than a week's time.
