As far as how she treated my son was she was rough. He is four and yes you have to tell him multiple times to stop moving but that's what happens with kids. He has never complained of it hurting until today. After we left my four year old son said mommy that hurt. She was grabbing him and being very rough in general. Aside from all of that she was mumbling under her breath and honestly ruined the experience for us. My boyfriend highly recommends this location but after today I am not sure if we will come back. I am sure we will never let Andy touch my son again. After it was all said and done it cost $22 not including a tip. On the checkout screen 0 dollar tip is not an option.
