At one point, an employee asked me what I had ordered, which made it seem like they were only just realizing they hadn't made it yet. I understand places get busy, but this was an unusually long wait for such a basic order, and there wasn't any clear communication about what was going on. The middle roll of mine was hanging out of the majority of the sandwich. The condiments were left to their own devices, but they were present. The milk shake was super chocolaty, to the point it was too sweet. The fries were good. It would be easy to be angry about this, but more than anything, we're disappointed.
