I have never had a realtor go above and beyond as Barry has. During the "house hunting" phase of our purchase, Barry was endlessly patient, personable and very knowledgeable about the local area. He figured out what we wanted and zeroed in on those properties. He provided helpful feedback on the properties whenever we asked and brought up details for us to think about. Our eventual purchase was unusually complicated because the seller was self-represented. In this case, it meant that Barry had to work extra hard to pursue communications and documentation. Normally this would have been provided by the seller's agent, but Barry went the extra mile and got us what was needed so that we could move forward. Since our move was long distance, we weren't always able to be present for things like drawing water samples, getting documents and so on. Barry cheerfully helped with everything we needed and got back to us promptly. Through all parts of our purchase, Barry was an invaluable resource. I used Allstate a few years ago and wasn't charged such outrageous fees. I won't be renewing there next year. Oh and you must make appointments there or the owner frowns upon that if you walk in.
