There will be some people that gripe about the prices you pay at frame shops when you can buy cheap frames at the Walmarts of the world, but good framing with high quality product that won't fade, degrade, or damage your art, over time, does not come cheap, but it is well worth it. We picked Creative Enterprises based on strong reviews and wanting to support local. They are definitely experts here and can frame just about anything including memorabilia. The selection of styles was really impressive too. We got very good advice on what to use for materials and matting and while the price was not for the faint of heart, the quality is very high and I know it will last. I would have wished for a little more proactive communication in terms of completion (I had to call a few times for updates) but I'm very happy with the work they did. When I returned with the pieces, he quoted me three times what he had originally, claiming the parts would damage his machine (not true). When I called the original Madison framer who did the work, they told me that they wish I hadn't taken it apart because there's a "correct" way to do it. This guy is just in it for the money.
