Our most recent experience was unfortunate enough to say we won't be using them again. My husband and I had 3 tree stumps that needed to ground down. Yesterday we rented the smaller of their stump grinders and got it home to find it had no oil and couldn't get it running after a couple hours of troubleshooting it. When my husband brought it back the owner was there said, "I typically don't recommend this machine to anyone." That would have been nice to know. Day 2 we gave them a a 2nd chance and rented the larger stump grinder. We were able to get one stump of the three completed but had to spend most of our time trouble shooting this machine as well. Before using it we checked the oil and it was very very low. My husband finally gave up and brought it back and the owner didn't seem to care in the slightest or give any type of break for two machines and hundreds of dollars that's got us almost nowhere. The owner's son said, "well it looks like you got an hour out of it at least." We made it very known we will not be returning. Machinery is not well kept or reliable. Owner's customer service is sub-par.
