We brought Beau in to help put the area back in order and beautify our home. He did not disappoint! From design to implementation this service has been absolutely stellar. He came up with gorgeous options with attention to my needs and desires. Then, when it came time to do the hard work, his team was quick to schedule, diligent in performing meticulous work and left the area immaculate (not to mention stunning). Our whole family has had permanent ear-to-ear grins and we plan to have more work done by Elk River Nursery as soon as possible. Just a couple more comments - as you all know, this season has been unkind to construction crews of all kinds but in particular those who work outdoors given all the rain and heat we have experienced, Beau and his team were so accommodating with scheduling and always made me feel like my project was the most important in their to do list. We have been going here for all our outdoor rental needs for over 5 years. We truly have had a good…read moreexperience here to start. Our most recent experience was unfortunate enough to say we won't be using them again. My husband and I had 3 tree stumps that needed to ground down. Yesterday we rented the smaller of their stump grinders and got it home to find it had no oil and couldn't get it running after a couple hours of troubleshooting it. When my husband brought it back the owner was there said, "I typically don't recommend this machine to anyone." That would have been nice to know. Day 2 we gave them a a 2nd chance and rented the larger stump grinder. We were able to get one stump of the three completed but had to spend most of our time trouble shooting this machine as well. Before using it we checked the oil and it was very very low. My husband finally gave up and brought it back and the owner didn't seem to care in the slightest or give any type of break for two machines and hundreds of dollars that's got us almost nowhere. The owner's son said, "well it looks like you got an hour out of it at least." We made it very known we will not be returning. Machinery is not well kept or reliable. Owner's customer service is sub-par.

We had over an acre converted in 2021 and from the start it looked bad. They kept telling us to give it 2-3 years and we believed them and spent thousands and thousands of dollars. Last year they didn't do any maintenance even though we signed a maintenance agreement. This year they are not responding to calls and e-mails at all. Finally got a second opinion and they told us what we knew all along...this is bad. They would be ashamed if any of their installations looked like ours. My advice is to save yourself time and money and choose someone that actually knows what they are doing. I should point their talent at gaslighting. For a few years they told us convincingly it looks good and it's supposed to look like that. In the end though it still just thistles and weeds!

I was able to look up the NATIVE plants I wanted from their website list and order over the phone. I chose the date for pick up and they were all ready! Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and patient!
