We set up the appointment quickly over the phone. He came over on a Saturday morning. He spent time explaining so much about pianos that we never knew. He even talked the risk/ benefit of investing into this piano such as string replacements or even moving it. He explain how quickly a piano can turn into a money pit when you start replacing piece by piece. He offered to replace a string for free that was broken or to let us try it as we continue to just learn how to play. He tuned the piano for a vey reasonable price, accepting cash or check. We were incredibly happy with his service and knowledge. We were also delighted to listen to him play some wonderful jazz style music. He is quite talented. I was very happy with his service. The 1st time was for glasses and they helped me find a pair I liked and my wife liked when I got home. The 2nd time I went because I bent the ear piece and lost the screw. They could not fix it perfectly and gave me a new pair. The 3rd time I was having a problem w/the hearing aids which I had purchased in my winter home town but which they also carried. I brought in the case and charging wire and thought I would be paying to replace them both. They quickly evaluated the situation and said I only needed a new cord. When I asked "how much?" they replied no charge as they had an extra one in stock. That's what I call customer care!

I just happened to see Mr. Cressey's trailer parked somewhere, and got the number from that. His estimate was quick (within 7 days of initial contact), which is not always the case, and was in line with the other quotes I had gotten. I had already pretty much decided I wanted to go with Mitsubishi because of my research, and the recommendations of others. The reasons I went with Cressy were: a) he is a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor, I'll talk more about that later on. b) He is a Master Electrician, so I was reasonably sure that the installation would be professional, and c) I just felt his honesty right away. Being a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor means several things. a) he gets put at the head of the line for supplies. b) he does all the registration of warranty and everything himself, which saves me the trouble. c) he gets an extra 2-years on the factory warranty. He installed everything himself, with one helper, he cleaned everything up to where it was before he came into the house, and he finished the installation within the timeframe promised. All in all, very happy with him, and I would recommend him eagerly.

So they fixed them with a frame in stock. My lens were fine when I brought them in no scratches. Fairly new lens. When I got back my glasses the left lens was scratched to hell. She replied oh it's just a few little scratches. Very rude lady. Pissed me right off. I'll never go back there ever.

I don't carry a fax machine around with me and asked that they just give me the prescription and refused. I spoke with a person that was very rude and clearly did not care about keeping our business. Which they have just lost. I wish there was a less than "0" rating to give.
