I was late getting my act together and I am glad I did. I will be getting my breakfast and or burgers here in the future when we are in town. What a great egg breakfast! Cooked just like I love them, "take the "wiggle" out of the white." Seems like an easy request however many a cook get it wrong as far as I am concerned. They usually turn the yoke into a hockey puck. Just give them a try and go back in time like the old cafes were back in the day.
