(Please note that you need to call the office to request maintenance because the portal online doesn't seem to work). The maintenance people are quick to come out to fix things and they are very sweet. I was initially nervous about renting from them because I had read reviews that mentioned not getting a deposit back and that they were dishonest. This wasn't our experience at all. We received our deposit back in full, and Sandra was always very upfront and honest about our concerns. I think it's important to remember that CCI is a property management company--they are beholden to the property owner. If the property owner that you rent from sucks (aka doesn't care about the property), then CCI can't really do much about it. Overall, I would rent from them again in a heartbeat. Richmond has some really terrible property management companies, but CCI is a smaller company, and they genuinely want to do good.
