They also brought out the wrong drink instead of my latte, adding another 10 minutes to the wait. We were there for about 40 minutes total. My banana licuado latte had clearly been sitting out for a while by the time I got it and didn't look or taste like it did on our first visit. The staff seemed clueless about what was going on and never apologized. They offered us about 2 oz. of drip coffee for our wait, but it was too bitter for my taste.

My daughter tried the Nutella Shaken Espresso and that was delicious too! I can't wait to try their Strawberry Matcha Latte next time. It looked amazing!
